I need help to understand what is going on with my checking account. I don't know what is going on with all the overdraft fees and it shows the same amounts several times. Last month I just paid my rent, water bill and gas company and now I have several overdraft fees. I might have been hacked or something. I mean that I understand that there was probably a couple of overdraft fees but I don't know what is going on with some of them. Do you just take out once for the overdraft fees. Or maybe twice a for resubmitting a check for it to go through. Maybe I can get a loan and you can get it out of my account when and if it's necessary. I would like to at least see about it I am going to try and put some money when I can. Please, help me with this how ever you can. Can I get a little bit of banking education on this and so I can understand what is going on, so we can figure it out and get it fixed. I do want to continue with the my checking account and I will want Karla to help me. If and when we get this fixed, I would like us all to be happy.
