I LOVE this bank. My family has been banking here for over 20 years. I'm in the active-duty Army so I live all over the world, however I still keep bank accounts here because of the awesome personalized custom customer service, high interest-rate's, and reimbursement of ATM fees. The last point especially is important due to my international travel in army. I think at one point my father in law might have been on their board as a disclosure. #HomeTownBank read more

Last month I just paid my rent, water bill and gas company and now I have several overdraft fees. I might have been hacked or something. I mean that I understand that there was probably a couple of overdraft fees but I don't know what is going on with some of them. Do you just take out once for the overdraft fees. Or maybe twice a for resubmitting a check for it to go through. Maybe I can get a loan and you can get it out of my account when and if it's necessary. I would like to at least see about it I am going to try and put some money when I can. Please, help me with this how ever you can. Can I get a little bit of banking education on this and so I can understand what is going on, so we can figure it out and get it fixed. I do want to continue with the my checking account and I will want Karla to help me. If and when we get this fixed, I would like us all to be happy. I do want to do a lot better and it won't get this bad again. So, please let me know what I can do to figure it out. Thank you. God bless you.

I look forward to having a life long relationship with a trusted Agent. Mitch was extremely helpful answering all my insurance questions, specifically on life insurance. I had some idea and knowledge on the topic, but ultimately didn't know what I really needed. What I was looking for was an expert that would provide me the options that were in my best interest, and that is exactly what I got. His friendly demeanor made it easy for him to learn about me as a person and my needs. Mitch was easy to get ahold of, cutting out time in the middle of his work day for multiple 20 minute calls fielding my inquiries. I also need to mention that another one of his colleagues, Brandon, was very helpful as well. I spoke to Brandon multiple times as he walked me through the process of getting quoted and provided multiple insurance scenarios to fit my budget. I was anticipating a lengthy and drawn out process, but Mitch and his team made it seamless. I felt confident in my knowledge after each call and enjoyed becoming more educated. I highly recommend giving Mitch a call for anything insurance related. He and his team will give you all the expert advice that you need and more. Great team!
