The standard "clean all surfaces thoroughly" lines typical to any lease were also present, but they were not required to be done professionally. As I was shopping around for carpet cleaning I discovered ADCS, and their quote for just the carpets alone was better than other quotes I had received. When I asked if they could do the flea treatment and deodorizing, the answer was yes, and the pricing was also very reasonable. Finally, I had ADCS clean the entire apartment for a fraction of what I would have expected to be charged for it. This made my moving out significantly less stressful. For reference, I dealt with Calvin. He was friendly and helpful. He showed up for a walk through the day after I spoke with him on the phone to give me a quote. He also came by to get the key from me when I was moving out, so that the cleaning could be done after I left. After moving out, my old landlord contacted me to say that "the cleaning company you hired did a nice job." I'm not sure what more you can ask for.

After they left on Day 2, I went back to the house to make sure everything was out, and it looked like they hadn't cleaned anything. There were crumbs on the counters and on the stove, the backsplash of the stove was greasy, no smell of bleach or cleaning supplies at all. We ended up having to pay a cleaning fee to the landlord because they had to bring in another cleaning crew after we moved out. I tried to call/text/email to get an explanation, but nobody responded to anything. They were very quick to respond when booking and before cleaning, but impossible to reach when there was an issue. Do not recommend.

I'd trust Jaimy and her crew with just about any job in my house. And if she doesn't know how to do a repair or renovation with full confidence, she'll point you in the right direction. He can use products that he finds that are the best. He uses the equipment that he wants to use because it works! You will find that certain pieces of furniture cannot be moved. We even moved the furniture around in one of our bedrooms. You can book online and you will get a price before anything gets done. Nevin uses a laser measuring "tape." Nevin didn't just CLEAN these carpets, he RESTORED them. And...the carpets are WHITE. Have you looked at your carpet, saw how matted down it was, and think to yourself it would never look plush again? Think again. My carpets look NEW again. Nevin has a great attitude and he doesn't miss spots. He's meticulous. Kind of a perfectionist. He's also a great time manager. I was scheduled into a 10-1 block. He was here at 10 and done before 1. He's definitely going to be coming back here. When we finally sell our house, I'll be recommending the new owners stick with Red Hot Carpet Cleaner.
