Bridgit Ryan is the (wo)man!! We had a tricky commercial/residential property listed with a…read moredifferent realtor (who was a really 'nice guy'...) last summer for about 6 months, and in that time we only ever got lowball offers or excuses as to why there was little interest in the property "it's the interest rates" ... "it's a tough market"..."financing for this type of property is difficult"...blah blah blah. SoCal real estate was/is RED HOT and we knew it...so, after flushing that other realtor, we hired Bridgit because I sensed she was a 'killer' and would do a much better job. Within a week of giving her the listing, we received MULTIPLE offers extremely close to our (aggressive) asking price and we closed within about 2 weeks. She is highly organized and seems to have a deep knowledge of the Long Beach real estate landscape. She underpromised and over delivered. When our buyer tried to play some last minute games with us over credits and other things, Bridgit stepped right in and squashed it like a steam roller. I 'pity the fool' that has to negotiate against her. Seriously, if you're looking for a sellers agent who is extremely reasonable in terms of her fee with excellent service and expediency to match, look no further than Bridgit. I'd hire her again in a second! Thank you Bridgit! -Chris & Melinda

They focus on the individual needs, put love and care into each transaction. They treat each deal as if they were the buyers or sellers. We STRONGLY recommend Paul Daftarian and his team for all real estate needs in OC. Trust what they say, and let them take lead. You will not be disappointed! Emely a team member with the Daftarian group, was organized and efficient in handling all the paperwork and communications throughout each process. Paul, Sam Emely, and Jacob made sure everything ran smoothly, from scheduling appointments to ensuring all documents were prepared accurately and on time. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. They kept me informed at every step, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. The call was initially framed as an effort to "give me some insight" into the new neighbors moving into a recently sold home on my street. However, the conversation then shifted to asking about my own interest in selling my home. In my view, this was a real-estate solicitation presented as a neighborhood-information call rather than identified clearly as a sales call from the outset. I found the approach intrusive and misleading. If the purpose of the call is to identify homeowners who may be interested in selling, I would much prefer that a brokerage be transparent about that purpose and respect homeowners who have placed their numbers on the Do Not Call Registry. For a business dealing in high-value residential real estate, I would expect a higher standard of transparency and respect for prospective clients' privacy and communication preferences.

On multiple occasions, potential buyers were left waiting outside because she failed to show up only to later find out she was sleeping instead of doing her job! She is rude, unresponsive and a pathological liar who does not take her responsibilities seriously. If I hadn't fired her and switched to a more competent agent my property would likely still be sitting on the market. In this competitive real estate market I should have received top dollar but instead I was left dealing with he consequences of her negligence. I am truly shocked that this company continues to employ her. If you care about your time, money and peace of mind stay far away from MIMI Roca!
