First let me just say THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT TRULIEVE!!!! I smoked when I was younger and stopped when I was 22 and started back a couple years ago after my Dr suggested it to lower my stress and anxiety as I have a disorder that triggers my natural chemicals in my Brain except mine doesn't trigger at the right times, anyway o just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at trulieve in vero beach!! they took the time to explain what everything does how it works and explained how the differences of the strain is MOST IMPORTANT, I wasted so much product trying to find what worked best for me. I spent months trying to figure out what I needed. I should have just asked it would have saved me a lot of time and money oh and medication, but that's what they are there for ! So ask away and chances are that someone will know! read more

Trulieve Vero Beach Dispensary - Smoking buddy - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

There's something very shady going on in this dispensary.. first the ignoring of the non favorite customers to hiding the $10 basket 3.5 containers of marijuana that they claim they did not have I actually watched him say they did not have and then pulled it out with a regular customer came in and when I pointed this out they told me I had to leave for causing the disturbance when all I did is question the wait time the favoritism and why are you only selling the select marijuana to certain people's and telling other people that you do not have that product.. this place is actually criminal as far as I'm concerned and I suggest stay away. I ended up to go to Ayr in Northern St Lucie County and paid $12.50 for 3.5 marijuana with the point system.. that same 3.5 marijuana is always $20 at its best price at trulieve... My suggestion is stay away stay away stay away read more

Trulieve Vero Beach Dispensary - A dark storm over trulieve - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

I have visited almost every dispensary on the treasure coast, all the way up passed cocoa beach. Every single time, I come into this trulieve it is TERRIBLE service. The employees are extremely rude and always make the experience as DIFFICULT as possible. Skip the headache and go to Sebastian or Fort Pierce. They should honestly close this place. read more

This dispensary is small and the parking is awful. The office is tiny and they make you wait forever and a day to merely place a basic order over the phone. Once you arrive be prepared to wait at least one hour. The staff is friendly but the town has knee-capped this business to be awful since they don't want cannabis sold in their precious vero. read more

Always super nice, just order online for best selection of product. check in before you pick up and you're in and out of there in under 10 minutes, every time. Its a tiny store but hey, its the only one in town. the ground is great value and great quality. read more

First off, I'd like to preface this statement by saying that this Trulieve was not only the first Trulieve I ever visited but it was also the first dispensary I visited when I got my medical card 2+ years ago. My initial experience with this location 2 years ago was very educational, the staff were friendly and professional, and the entire experience was pleasant. However that is not even close to the level of customer care or service that I have received from this dispensary the few times I have used this location over the past year. I have tried to give this place a chance but time and time again I have experience horrible customer service and unnecessarily long wait times for what is supposed to be an express pick-up. Customers are NOT served in the order in which they arrive, or check in regardless of whether you check in online or in person with the host. The staff are not shy about serving regulars before they serve customers that frequent less often, they don't even try to hide the fact that they are serving customers that walked in after you. In fact on my last visit the host greeted 2 different patients that walked in and were standing in line behind me, by first name, and checked them in without asking for their ID or Medical Card, before even acknowledging me. Both of those 2 patients plus 2 more that walked in after I was checked in and seated were served and left the building before I was ever called to the counter to pay for my express pick-up order. This is getting long so I won't get to in depth with how rude and unprofessional the staff at this location are. However, a smiling face, a friendly greeting, and being interacted with politely, when entering the front door, and checking out are not something one should expect when purchasing from this dispensary. read more

Today was another busy day at Trulieve. I had an online order & was able to check in early. I was greeted by a welcoming staff and my Budtender Amber C. was more then accommodating. She was very nice and answered my questions! Thank You!!! read more

So now the Vero Beach store is under new management! if your wondering what happened to all the people who worked there & the customers that bought there wonder no more! i went there a couple of weeks ago & not 1 customer was in there! red flag 1! I had brought back the indica capsules & wanted an exchange seems fair right? No i received a 28$ credit! For something that's regular 50$! undoubtedly I had bought them on sale, well what a big sale! they hardly ever have these at that price! right now they are 10$ off, & my 28$ don't cut it! So I try to reach out to management, I did get a call back on voicemail! I've called back many times to no avail! I like Trulieve products but do not like how my return went! Too many dispensers out there wanting my busines! So is Goodbye Trulieve? read more

I absolutely adore this dispensary! From the time you walk in, you're greated with smiles. The staff are warm and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the products they have and are able to guide you to the strains that would probably help with whatever issue you're contending wwith.I must say, they hit the nail on the head with my situation. I love the people who work there and the products are top notch. Thank you for helping me and many others live their best lives read more

After my last Yelp review I made on 10/19, I was asked to contact this Trulieve to "make things right". I decided to wait another month to see if things improved. I always want to be fair and I want this new area business to do well. I have decided that I have to be selective when using your dispensary in Vero Beach, FL. Only if I can pre order product will I patronize this establishment. Your product is good, your staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I frequent three different area dispensaries and my observations are based on comparison businesses. My concerns are as follows: 1. Parking - 7 secure parking spaces at this location, only 1 handicapped space at a medical dispensary for people that have medical issues. Limited street parking and an unpaved lot across the street that I will never park in again. Last time I parked there, I had 4 nails in three of my tires and nearly tripped in a hole. I also worried about being towed. 2. Waiting area - this like the parking is very limited. The chairs are really low and difficult to get out of, if you are lucky enough to get one of 6 chairs available. I am disabled myself and have given my seat to a vet with a missing leg. Now they take your phone number and text you when it's your time, so you can sit in your car. Is this their answer to the overcrowding and long wait times at this location. 3. Tipping jars - I frequent three area dispensaries, Trulieve is the most expensive. They are also the only dispensary that has tip jars everywhere. Frankly, I find that practice tacky. My pharmacist requires no tip, nor should their employees. Pay them more. 4. Employees- way to many employees standing around doing nothing. Again compared to other larger dispensaries, they have half the staff of Vero Beach. They have two large intimating men with guns on their hips standing around. Is that necessary? Have never seen that anywhere else, not even in California. These concerns I believe could be better served with a larger location. This location is small for the demand. I would suggest you check out Curaleaf's operation in Ft. Pierce (next town). They have their act together. Ample parking, seating, cashiers, good prices, knowledgeable staff and limited wait times make them my favorite. Sent from my iPad read more

The employees are friendly and informative. Bud tender Justin is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

It is not first come first serve. If you are new as I was and other people coming in 20 minutes plus later then me are getting served ahead of me as I wait for 45 minutes plus only to find they are out of the product I am looking for and really don't have anything like it.... so I wasted my time and left empty handed....terribly slow service and not organized... never go back... read more

The waiting area is small but it appears that if you let them know you plan to wait in your car they will come out to let you know when it is your turn. They have a good selection--better than Knox in my opinion and they were perfectly nice. Depending on when you show up, you may wait a while so I recommend bringing something to read. read more

Trulieve as a whole is a garbage company but this location is chief among their issues. Forget the size etc. That's the towns fault. The people juat don't care. Also aren't capable of figuring out the online ordering system. Order online and check in, be told of short wait, show up and be added to waitilist again. Worse than Walmart. These people belong at McDonald's. read more

Last Place you should Visit! Unfortunately this is the only dispensary in this town. Small is place, no menu boards, always out of stock, rarely have sativa in stock, employees usually look miserable, and they can decide on mask policy. If you're going to require mask, you need to provide them. Employees where rude about it. I have never loved their flower, maybe it's the plastic containers but most taste like potpourri. This is a last resort in a pinch place. Only for sales. It's bad. Definitely the worst Trulieve I've ever been too. read more

I think the trulieve peeps did a great job today ! I really didn't wait long even though the system was slow and acting up the wait time was like 15 minutes. I was in and out ! Love you guys !! Keep up the good work read more

They are not wearing their masks properly at this place. There were 3 staff members that were wearing the mask beneath their noses. I complained, got no joy. I've been to knox, curaleaf, and now Trulieve. I have to say Trulieve is by far the best dispensary Ive been to. I'm super excited they are opening in boynton and west palm. The quality of the products I got are top notch. I got gorilla glue #4, 9lb hammer, and Pineapple Express vape cartridges. The reason they don't get 5 stars is due to not having flower but that's only because the state hasn't allowed it yet and not really their fault. As soon as I see whole flower available in the dispensary it will get 5 stars. read more

I was having an awful day until I went into pick up my order at this trulieve. I was greeted by three employees who immediately made me smile and laugh and I regret not getting their names. After my name got called to go into the back room I was greeted by Kelsie, Nijera, and Whitney. Those three completely changed my day with their kind nature, smiles, helpful insight, and overall warmth. They all had so much information about the products and directed me to which ones should be the best for me. Anyway, the entire crew here is amazing and thought everybody should know! read more

How do u not give a weed store anything but 5*. Friendly and knowledgeable service in a safe neighborhood.

I am newly diagnosed with adult onset temporal lobe epilepsy. It has been quite the rollercoaster battling this as well as managing the never ending amount of pills they have me taking. My dr. And I decided on a more natural route. I did my homework on all the dispensaries and I finally decided on truelieve. Its 35 minutes longer to get to but I knew I was interested in the trustik. I knew what I was going in for before I got there so it should be an easy in out. Granted I came prepared for a line of ? So Adina had her hands full. Walked into Trulieve expecting there to be a ridiculous wait time.... much to my surprise there was no wait time at all. They immediately checked me in I had a small issue with my name not coming up in the system. Trulieve associates found the issue and helped me correct it. Every employee there was extremely professional and welcoming you with open arms. They made you feel comfortable enough to open up and ask questions and understood that most of us felt really awkward buying "POT" in a store....All of the team members had a way of making you feel as though you were just having an every day conversation but maintained professionalism like a pharmacist would only better. They have a wide variety of products and strains available. The only thing I would like to see is more strains available in the concentrates and the trupod... She knew exactly what would help me best for my condition and it's only day one but so far so good. She explained all of the different routes to administer medication and helped me navigate what the dr. Recommended and what would work best for me.. I'll be back... Nice work. As soon as there is flower and or more strains in the concentrates I will update to 5... read more

I was ripped by the manager Raquel Y as soon as I walked in. I said excuse me sir to a person with long dreadlocks and baggy blue jeans but I didn't see them from the front. Raquel Y said that I used the wrong pronoun. Then she said how would you like it if I called you mam. Then she said well mam. I asked to speak to the manager and she laughed and told the room of strangers she was the manager. I asked for her supervisor name and she said to call customer service and then told the room full of strangers that nothing would happen because it's just a call center. I asked to use the restroom and while I was in there she kept escalating the crowds mood, so much that one of the strangers banged on the door and said they would ""fu@k me up " I quickly exited and the threats continue. I walked outside and the man kept yelling and threatening me. I would never go back there. I could have been shot and the other guests could have been caught in the crossfire. What a crazy crappy experience for me, a veteran of the United States Army to experience on memorial day weekend. After waiting a few minutes she then took me off the wait-list and asked me to leave. A truly sad day. Thank you trulive Vero Beach and Raquel Y. read more

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, and guess what, Trulieve DOES NOT CARE. Online ordering is a nightmare, cannot get what you want or need. They hold everything for walk ins. Today they just lost my order and made me get to the end of the line, then only had more expensive items available. They do nothing to try and rectify the situation, or try to compensate for "their" mistake. Most companies will offer you a discount, match a lower price, give you a free t-shirt. Something, Anything, to make a customer happy. Not these guys! It's TOO BAD, SO SAD. WE DON'T GIVE A blank about you, we have so much money we don't have to. read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had they told me I had to remove my N 95 mask and my glasses my eye protection jeopardized my safety The gentleman was very rude very disrespectful and plain out jeopardize the safety of many people in the store why is it that this is the only location I've seen being so irresponsible but yet the store is open has people shoulder to shoulder not practicing safe distancing keeping anybody healthy and safe I'm very upset and don't know if I'll be back to a trulieve due to this they said they Do things differently at Vero Beach location like they're higher in power and can just do what they wantI expected Vero beach to have higher standards and to be making sure they're keeping patients and the general public safe by allowing face protection and eye protection from spreading the deadly virus. The city should shut this store down been a few days now no response back from trulieve yet what a Big DISAPPOINTMENT read more

Good products, good selection. Very expensive tho. Hopefully they will do bulk deals or lower their prices in the future. Flavors could be better but it's not gross. Over all good stuff but pricey. It is honestly so unfortunate how poorly this facility is run. The only reason I feel comfortable enough to write this review is because I've been to plenty dispensaries to know how chaotic and unprofessional this one is. Their online menu is 100% never accurate, so when you place your online order, please be prepared to get nothing you originally wanted, yay! Also, be prepared to place an express order just to have to wait almost 4 hrs to have it filled, yay!! I've never shown up to this location and waited less than 45 min, it's extremely sad. I drive 30 min to Sebastian/PSL to visit MUV! They have a decent enough inventory, not to mention customer service is impeccable. I can place an online order and have it ready within 20 min. I can show up without an online order and be in and out within 15-20 min. I suggest driving to any other location, any other dispensary, because the Trulieve of Vero Beach is downright pathetic. Please don't waste your time or your money here. read more

The manager Samantha single handedled ruined my entire experiece with this company she was extreamly rude and condeseding to myself and atleast 7other patients in the time of me waiting for 2hrs after i was told my order was ready to be picked up. She was extreamly unprofessional and unorganized. her store was backed up 5 hrs because of her poor management skills and that alone and it also reflected on her staff and their overall moral. She made serveral snark comments about fake smiling was NOT following the state issues guidelines for covid19 was not wearing mask and gloves several times not having people stay 6ft apart and was instructing people to take off their mask. and also instead of helping her team actually went into the back next to water fountians to gossip about us all and proceeded to call me a bitch. I will never step foot at this location again and from the looks of how many other people where disappointed with the service she provided i dont think they will either. read more

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I was there for 60 seconds or less. It was my first time going to the Vero Beach Trulieve. Before I went, I read horrible reviews and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and be optimistic, NO! DO NOT GO TO TRULIEVE IN VERO BEACH. I instantly walk in, and the man just stares at me. I'm new and never been to a dispensary before. I don't know what to do. He still continues to stare at me while I'm at the front desk and I say "I'm a new patient.. what do I need to do?" He says give me your I.D. He was rude off the rip. I gave him my I.D and he said the wait will be and hour. An HOUR? Now I know why people complained on reviews about waiting in their car. Fuck that, by the time I'll be able to receive my medicine I'll be halfway to Fort Lauderdale at their other location down south to receive EXCEPTIONAL service where I have heard tons of great things about from there. So I leave the building and walk to my car(cause they make you park a mile away because their parking lot only fit 5 cars) , realize everything that just happened was bullshit and they do not deserve my hard earned money, walk back in there and there he goes again just staring like he does best. I say "I changed my mind, may I please have my I.D back?" He give me a super rude face, chuckled and raised his eyebrows while he grabs my I.D and once again.. says NOTHING to me when he handed me my I.D or as I was walking out. I said they need to get new customer service because you are an A**HOLE!!!! He still didn't have anything to say. read more
