Where do I even start with this place... let me tell you the positives. Arguably the best pricing…read morein the county, you can leave feeling good about the price you paid for your product. Other than that? Not really great. Firstly, the entire layout of the place (both interior and exterior, including the parking lot) is terrible. Compared to the other Organic Remedies I've been to, I feel stressed just trying to pull through the parking lot. To get out of their parking lot is hell too with the traffic. Compared to other dispensaries, the interior design in extremely bland, like a run-down bank, with the interior layout being just as confusing as the parking lot. The one time I went there, it was not a friendly experience either. Seemed like everyone I interacted with either hated their job, wanted the shift to end or just weren't people-persons. My final conclusion: if you are strapped and looking for a discount, OR is the way to go. If you're not too worried about the pricing and would rather have a friendly, relaxing experience, I'd go elsewhere.

I was better prepared and the staff on this particular day was nicer to me than the staff on my first visit there. This place is hassle free as long as you get a courteous, knowledgeable front end employee to check you in. Otherwise you may end up dealing with a "know it all" who doesn't care enough to listen to the answers to the questions they are required to ask. My first visit there the girl did not listen to my answers and wasted my time which caused me to have to leave because I arrived too close to closing time. I had to drive over an hour to get there, I called and was expected, but was not treated understandably as when I was on the phone with an attendant prior to my arrival. My second visit was much better as I had a different front end person who listen to my answers to the questions and was able to expedite my visit because he acknowledge information the first front end person on the previous week refused to hear. Some people...uhg.... Anyway, I won't be returning there on a weekday close to closing again.

Every time I go into the store, there is a creepy old guy who works there. He makes everyone feel uncomfortable. I've had numerous people have the same experience as me. My first experience at this store, I went into the store with my friend and we were looking to buy whey protein... This guy kept suggesting that we buy horny goat weed, and telling us about his sexual life at home. He continued to follow us around the store.. We told him "thank you for your help, and we'll just look by ourselves." He continued to follow us and talk and tell us stories.. It made us both feel uncomfortable. The second time I came back, all he did was complain about his manager. He said the store manager does not like him. A few minutes later, the store manager left for the day, and he was like "Oh good, she left.. I don't like her. Now I can finally go out front and smoke a cigarette..She doesn't like me, and she doesn't like when I smoke out front". He followed me around the store again. I told him over and over again "thank you for your help and i'll continue to look by myself".. He didn't listen and continued to follow me around.. It was very uncomfortable to shop like this. If GNC continues to have this guy work at their store, I am going to start shopping at a new store. I don't normally complain, but this guy made me feel so uncomfortable.. and seeing him complain about his management was just horrible and unprofessional.
