All we can say is WOW! Accurate Automotive is PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT, REASONABLY…read morePRICED & Most important, HONEST. Too many times over the past few years, more than one dealership's service department has left my husband, son or myself feeling taken advantage of, charging TONS in hourly labor to "figure it out", followed by waiting for snail mail parts. THANKFULLY, that has not been the situation here... OUR EXPERIENCE: My husband & I recently purchased a cute lil 16 year-old "fun car" (with only 18,000 original miles) & the air conditioner suddenly stopped working, only blowing hot air. We Googled the potential causes & braced ourselves for a worst case scenario. We decided to try Accurate based upon the positive online reviews & are SO GLAD that we did. They quickly identified the problem as something basic... Which ended up only costing us $102 to have fixed. We never would have known otherwise & could have easily been overcharged elsewhere... INSTEAD, this repair not only cost much less than expected, we even had our vehicle back the same day. Accurate's OWNER ACCOUNTABILITY & QUALITY CONTROL are a breath of fresh air. They are hands-on & their employee whom we met at pick-up was equally IMPRESSIVE... BOTTOM LINE: It is impossible to have a dependable car without a dependable mechanic. In this single visit, they have earned our complete confidence. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Accurate Automotive to everyone wanting peace-of-mind that their vehicle is in the right hands. 10/10. THANK YOU!

Do not use this company. I called and got a quote to install a Street Monster transmission. They…read moregave me the price to do this and we agreed, and I paid. With nothing said when I got home from deployment a week after the job was done found a Ready transmission from Monster. I called the shop got a few stories and word it was an accident. So I called Monster to try and setup an easy exchange to get the right transmission when I found out the owner had called and got the quote for the transmission I asked for and the transmission I found in my truck all under my name. This Ready transmission was never brought up or discussed or point out to me, and was asked, I asked for the Street by name as I was looking at in on Monster's website. The quote only had a small up charge on the transmission, then the labor over head of shop. Accident is ruled out when you pull a quote for something that is not apart of this job. The stories still coming, but now the news and lawyers are too. Guess they did not figure on me doing oil change the day after I got home, but should have know I already had an expedition upgraded I know what I am looking at. If I would not have changed my oil I would not have caught the scam.
