We have direct deposite weekl and no-weekly ! Auto draft of car payments and loans! They denied ! And no; i don't have perfect credit and that' not why I'm giving them a 1 star! They are also liars! At least tell the truth! Don't say we are here to help when you're not! Don't say we value our customers when you don't! There's no shame in actul saying everyon is just a number. As with most banks; We all are nothing but a number, what you make, what you deposit, what you withdraw! It's all a number, and if your numbers don't add up or ain't what pops up by some computer, then you're a negative number! At leadt be honest!

Like don't waste my time either you know what your doing or you don't, either you can notarize the form or not, But Don't Waste My Time! With your incompetence! I went to a REAL bank where I was able to have my paperwork reviewed and notarized. Now I'm opening a second account because I'm always impressed when people know what the hell they're versus those who just pretend to.

I have been a customer for 20 years but that is now over. Final straw. I have perfect credit, minimal debt and was already shopping rates on a new car. PNC offered close to 9%, Allegacy 6% and Truist 4%. I have done similar with other credit needs and PNC is never even close. I suggest you shop around. Oh, and they closed all of the PNC locations here besides this one. I'm from Pittsburgh - that's why I had PNC. High rates are only good for them. High rates do nothing for customers. High rates take advantage of your lack of willingness to shop around when borrowing money. I closed all of my accounts and moved on.

I opened a new account months ago with all of the qualifications to receive a cash bonus they were advertising, and followed up diligently to ensure I received it, which never happened. It took weeks of follow-up phone calls and sitting around the drab lobby of this place to finally be told they weren't crediting me any money. I was left with no recourse, just that the decision had been made and there was nothing anyone at meek little PNC of Winston-Salem could do about it. That incident was enough to make me take my money and run, but while I'm at it, their online banking system is also the worst, and I mean the worst of the five different online portals I've used to look at my finances. Slow to load and set up in a calendar system...yes, a calendar system. Maybe the people of PNC need to consult a calender to know how much money they have, but that's completely counter intuitive to anyone with a working brain. Oh and they don't deal with pesky nomenclature like "Checking" and "Savings," as used by the entire financial system for decades. Instead I had a "Virtual Wallet," and three different places I had to check for my balance to know where my account stood. This is the sad attempt at PNC Marketing to be edgy and cool, and as a marketer myself it's embarrassing. I don't need a virtual wallet or a piggy bank gif when I'm checking my balance. I just want to see, ya know, my balance. So I am happily taking my money over to Wells Fargo. The branch on West Fourth St. especially is full of friendly faces and I actually enjoy spending time there, knowing my business is appreciated.
