This one is straight up suburban, with multiple drive thru lanes, inside and outside ATMs, plenty of parking, and a fairly modern interior that is at the very least comfortable. It shows that although this may be an old bank, it prefers to put its money into newer areas - at least in Jersey. They did do a great job on converting a classical bank structure in Orange, California into an amazing architectural feat, complete with Starbucks in house. Will that happen here? Doubtful.

They are patient in explaining intricate financial terms, and they treat their clients like family. They also never try to sell you something you don't need. The one caveat about the company is a recent hire named Denise Walker. She is miserable, unprofessional, and oddly confrontational. She doesn't fit it in at all with the rest of the team. Being first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and not only were they answered, they were welcomed. In this market, Dennis was able to snag us an unbelievable rate which was crucial for us. After closing, we also got a sweet card and screwdriver kit in the mail which was a nice touch. When we were in the process of applying, a team member would reach out to me whenever he or she needed anything, so I was never in the dark about what was going on. Every single team member responded to calls or emails within 15 minutes. There were no surprises at closing, which is great. I had some trouble making the first payment, even though I am pretty tech savvy, and a team member took care of it for me quickly and efficiently.
