On the one hand I don't like using the ATM here to take money out of my account because there are stupid fees, because I'm with M&T Bank, which doesn't have a lot of locations down here. There was no help offered. I even tried to utilize the property with a different business model and was turned down because the property would have to be rezoned. Within 2 years I defaulted on the loan. They auctioned off an $800,000.00 piece of property for $362,000.00 instead of putting it on the market to possibly get a much better price. My home(which was paid for) was also collateral. They foreclosed on my home and actually declined offers from my family members to purchase the home for a fair price. I have worked hard all my life and served my country in the US Army. So much for my American dream. I lost everything. Beware!!!! They have no empathy or desire to do what's right for their customers. Shameful way to do business.
