Am I next; or are you?" Pretty confusing and can lead to arguments. Not good in a bank. The good thing is that they offer several Spanish speaking personnel for those who know limited English. But that creates more confusion with the wait line. Several employees were asking who's next and are you waiting on a translator and we were all confused on who should be helped.
