The website says 24/7 online banking, but some features are not available after certain hours. If you use online banking a lot, find another bank. You cant access transferred funds after hours. For example, suppose you have $1000 in account A and $10 in account B. Account A, is not associated with a debit card, but Account B is. Now suppose you and your family go out to eat one Friday night, but you forgot to transfer money into account B because you had a busy work day. You order your meal, eat, and now its time to pay. You give the waiter your debit card, but when he swipes it.. it reads declined. "no problem, I have online banking," you say. You proceed to transfer funds from Account A to Account B online.... Oh no! Because you are making a transfer after banking hours the money won't show up in Account B until tomorrow morning. Looks like you will be washing dishes that night! If I were online banking with another bank, I wouldn't be in this predicament. Whoever is in charge of the online banking features needs to stay up-to-date with the competition.

Not only did Leigh Ann immediately take care of securing my account and resolving the issue, but she went far above and beyond. She personally made me a new card and drove all the way to McLeod to hand-deliver it to me at work--completely unexpected--so I wouldn't be stressed or without access to my money for the weekend.
