Your service is terrible. My yard is full of vines, creeping charley, crab grass, wild violets, various weed types, fungus, and whatever else your treatments did not fix. I called last Monday, I ask for a supervisor to look at my yard. I was told the supervisor would be here on Tuesday. No show. Called on Wed. Told supervisor would come on Thurs. No show. Called this Tues. Told supervisor would show with the scheduled treatment. No supervisor. Treatment done and driver gone. This is the condition of my yard after 6 treatments this year. Their service sucks. My neighbors yard looks way better than mine, and he does no treatments. I would not recommend this organization for anything. I know 5 people that quit them this year. They suck! I actually believe they are feeding the weeds. Totally ridiculous and no accountability! This is my lawn after 4 treatments starting in June. They are to return this Wednesday and I will film them spraying the lawn and the result should be the same. More weeds. Healthier weeds, less grass. read more

Truegreen Johnstown came to my house to do a lawn fertilization and to fertilize my shrubs. Lied and said it was Illegal to fertilize evergreens so they did nothing. They then put on the invoice they used 33.89 gallons of product and charged me double for a service they did not provide. Had to call customer service and argue over and over to try to get a refund. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. read more

no !! no !!! this johnsontowns trugreen must never read any thing that is on file because i have stopped this service for the remander of 2024 it s noted on file !! they came i stopped them from treating my yard which was burnt up from their last treatment ,said he could see the yard was damaged but he would just spot treat !! no i stopped him he would of completey fried my yard !! called in and talked to custmore service they assured me there would be no more treatment only reseeding / air which i set up for mid oct, this was in mid july , 1 wk later i an woke at 7 am to this man doing a air/reseed on my yard , they do waht ever they want reguaedless to what the custmore wants . trugreen has been to my home 3 treatments since i ve stopped them with custermore service billing for unauthurizes services . they never stop !! now they want me to pay for a reseed /air that the sun killed anyseed put down due to no water or rain 2 1/2 months before ordered do not deal with these people must be some despate for money they just make pay roll with no regaurd of services oreder read more

I have a major grub issue in my lawn. TruGreen treats my yard each year for the problem. Now that I have an issue they do not return calls, or emails. The national trugreen center is helpless along with a "Sandy" who is the regional customer support person. I'm an frustrated in their lack of support. They have no problem rapidly cashing my check. Last year Trugreen treated my lawn and it was beautiful. This year I decided to continue their service. Unfortunately I'm not getting the same result. Today was actually the first time I was home when the lawn was treated. The serviceman got out of his truck, put dry fertilizer in the spreader and walked once around my house. When I asked him was that it, he said"oh yes, this throws the fertilizer over 8 ft. Noticing he traveled by my sidewalk I was amazed there wasn't any fertilizer on it. He never went by the grass by my tree or around my retaining wall. The lawn is filled with weeds this year making me wonder what type of service I'm receiving. Called call center, girl had no clue. Said they could come back out. Still not satisfied and called again to talk to supervisor. Still waiting. Longer I wait the madder I get. read more

Do not sign up for this service. Even after you cancel your service, they continue to send technicians to spray the yard then send a bill! When you call to dispute it...they have fake notes claiming that you canceled for the season but agreed to continue service for the next season. Rude customer service doesn't let you speak and they hang up on you. I'm finding out now that I'm not the only one this is happening to. read more
