My hematologist referred me to this facility to get a second opinion on getting my port replaced…read more My initial appointment was with Dr. McDevitt and he was very nice and agreed with me about my port replacement. Unfortunately he was booked for surgery and recommended Dr. Levy to do the surgery which my hematologist referred me to. Dr.Levy did my port removal and replacement. Everyone was so kind and nice at this facility. The second surgery was rough as I was awake for it because anesthesia didn't show up. The surgery nurse was so kind and talked me through it, calmed me down, and rubbed my face. I have NEVER experienced that level of empathy from a medical professional ever. I wish I would have known about this place in 2021 when I had my first port surgery. Dr. Levy said he was going to make sure the catheter doesn't come out of the vein and it sure is long. he gave me a copy of the x-ray and told me to take a picture of it so I'll have it in my phone for other medical professionals. I had a ultrasound done after the ultrasound I was told the doctor only got rid of my upper left leg vein I had the procedure done on both legs. On my left leg he didn't even use anesthesia he just stock that long needle in my lower calf I was in server pain awoke while he did that procedure. He said I didn't need anesthesia because it would not take long. I went to visit another doctor last week I was told after getting a ultrasound I only had that left leg done nothing else. I would need to get 3 procedures done again to stop the blood from going done to my ankles. I'm very mad because I thought it may have been salt because I had those vein procedure done by Dr Daniel mcdevity. This was a case of negligence N a poor quality of care .

If you choose to go to this office at your own risk AVOID Dr. India Robinson. She and her nurse…read moreLatonya are terrible and this office is unorganized. There is literally NEVER an office manager on duty to ensure there are no issues. Front office staff NEVER answer the phones even a lady below Katherine Olmeda said the same thing. Literally every time I have had a problem (which is only 3 times) and have asked to speak with a manager I am always told "she isn't here and we don't know where she is or when she will be back". How does the staff not know where management is and when she will be back? Why is this business open and there is NO management on duty? What is prompting me to leave this review is the fact she had the nerve to call my phone this morning and terminate my care because she did not like the message I sent to her rude nurse Latonya and checking her for how she spoke to me on the phone yesterday, how I questioned if other doctors in that office acted the way Robinson does when it comes to follow up care (she is terrible at following up, sending refills, does not upload the follow up notes, and even a woman Teona Artis said the same thing). The very first time I saw Robinson I found her behavior and demeanor very odd. From her jaw rapidly moving from side to side, how fast she talks and rushes the visits, and her lack of follow up care and making sure I get my refills. I literally had to call my insurance and get them to call over to the office to get her to stop dragging her knuckles and get my prescriptions sent. It took a week and the front office deliberately refused to answer the phones. The second time it took TWO freaking weeks, a cancelled virtual appointment to discuss why she hasn't sent the medication after saying she would (Robinson cancelled), and she called me on her personal cell phone and assured me she would send the script after we hung up. Again that never happened and I think I actually got in contact with the non existent office manager about it. This time when she sent all of the scripts over she did not leave the pharmacy a note giving them confirmation I can take the scripts and how. There are laws the pharmacists have to follow. Yesterday rude Latonya blamed the pharmacy and said they were holding up my prescription and that she didn't know why I called my insurance. When Robinson called me this morning she too blamed the pharmacy lol. I've learned doctors in this state take NO personal accountability for their screw ups. The pharmacy literally explained to me that it is their license on the line but Robinson doesn't care. She has no regard for anyone but herself and I'm sure if it was daughter that needed scripts she'd get right on it and not play the blame game. I see why her husband treats her the way he does and she has to fight for her broken marriage. She's a bad person and I called my insurance back and filed a real grievance against her and will be filing a medical board complaint against her for retaliating against me and terminating my care and sending them the recorded call from this morning. All she had to do was communicate with the pharmacy but she was too incompetent to do that. I did ask for a manager to call me back and she said she'd have her call me but I'm sure that's a lie as well. She also had the nerve to tell me I should apologize to her, kept over talking me, interrupting me, lied on me, literally wouldn't shut up and let me talk and yet she called MY phone early in the morning. I thought she was so busy with patients but had time to call me with BS for 12 mins lol. As Latonya kept lying and saying. Robinson is literally the first and only doctor I have ever dealt with that literally will not do their job, blame others, and is vindictive to patients. Doctors have the ability to send scripts and respond to messages when not in the office. She is a very mentally sick woman or is on some sort of substance. Her behavior is not normal but here is the message she was so emotional about that was directed to her nurse.

This office is horrible. My daughter takes a medicine that is on Back Order everywhere. When you…read morecan find it, you have to move quick or it's gone. You ask the office to move the prescription to the pharmacy that has it and they drag their feet. By the time the prescription is there (24hrs later), the medicine is gone. We have now had to ask three times for the prescription to be moved. The front office doesn't care and is less than helpful. My wife went in to try to get it straightened out while our daughter is at work. She was told they can't talk to her because our daughter hasn't signed paperwork saying they can. Our daughter listed my wife (her mother) on all of the paperwork they had her fill out. I understand on a normal basis, the office moves slow to put prescriptions in but in this case it is time sensitive or the medicine is gone. You would think they would be willing to work with us to get her the medicine she needs. To top it off, the office doesn't answer the phone so you have to go in person to request the prescription transfer. Our daughter will be going somewhere else. This may very well be the worst doctors office we've ever dealt with.
