If it were possible to give no stars at all, it would reflect my review of this facility…read more My mother was seen here by Dr. Chen after she started having episodes of severe chest pain, jaw pain, fatigue, and feelings of a heart attack. Her symptoms were very concerning. My mother was scheduled for a dental procedure and wanted to have her heart checked out before proceeding. Initially, she had an abnormal EKG at her PCP (hence the referral) and Dr. Chen scheduled her for a nuclear stress test and ECG at a follow-up appointment. For starters, Dr. Chen failed to review or request bloodwork that the PCP had ordered. Her bloodwork showed some concerning issues such as an elevated CK. However, these records were not reviewed here. My mother (shockingly) received the results of the stress test and ECG which were reported as normal. She was ordered a non-urgent CT of her coronary arteries. She was told that they were scheduling about 3 weeks out, and it did not need to be urgent. Dr. Chen then cleared her for the dental surgery, that was actually scheduled for today (10/03/2026). 4 days ago, my mother experienced another severe episode of chest and jaw pain, which led to her immediately going to the ER for further evaluation. She was immediately admitted with elevated Troponin levels, abnormal EKG, and extremely high blood pressure. She was sent to the Cath lab shortly thereafter. A CT of her coronary arteries showed severe coronary calcification and an angiogram was performed. The angiogram showed a 90% blockage in her LAD and she was told she was experiencing unstable angina. The physicians explained that she was very lucky that she'd not had a widow-maker heart attack, as the severity of the blockage and symptoms were clear warning signs of an oncoming heart attack. Had she not gone to the ER, she likely would not have survived the dental surgery, or much longer thereafter. She is now awaiting an open-heart surgery for a double, potentially triple, bypass (CABG). The blockage was so severe, a stent was not a possibility. All of that said, as someone with 0 medical training or background, her symptoms were FAR too concerning to ignore - regardless of what a stress test/ECG did or did not show. There were OBVIOUS signs her heart was trying to warn her of an impending heart attack. She never should have been cleared for dental surgery, and a CT should have been ordered stat THAT DAY. At bare minimum, she should have been told to go to the ER immediately for a more in depth and immediate evaluation based on the symptoms and signs she had. None of which was ever done. The lack of concern here almost cost my mother her life. And the failure of this practice to acknowledge obvious issues gave a false sense of security to undergo a surgery that likely would have killed her. My mother is incredibly lucky to be here right now, and is facing a life changing surgery as we speak. Had she followed Dr. Chen's recommendations, she would have died. There is no if, maybe, or possibility.. She would have died. I have been absolutely flabbergasted by the negligence of this practice to properly evaluate and treat someone who had life-threatening symptoms. As someone who has no medical background, the failure of this practice was glaringly obvious and quite frankly, grossly negligent. Even I would have remained very concerned about her well-being based just on her symptoms no matter what a stress test showed. It absolutely indicated urgent and immediate evaluation. The lack of proper care here is going to cost someone their life if this continues. It almost cost my mother hers. It is an embarrassment that this practice placed her in a position that could have caused her death. I am appalled and believe every single potential patient of this facility should be warned before being seen here. Please, for the sake of your life, go elsewhere.

Unfortunately he was booked for surgery and recommended Dr. Levy to do the surgery which my hematologist referred me to. Dr.Levy did my port removal and replacement. Everyone was so kind and nice at this facility. The second surgery was rough as I was awake for it because anesthesia didn't show up. The surgery nurse was so kind and talked me through it, calmed me down, and rubbed my face. I have NEVER experienced that level of empathy from a medical professional ever. I wish I would have known about this place in 2021 when I had my first port surgery. Dr. Levy said he was going to make sure the catheter doesn't come out of the vein and it sure is long. he gave me a copy of the x-ray and told me to take a picture of it so I'll have it in my phone for other medical professionals. He said I didn't need anesthesia because it would not take long. I went to visit another doctor last week I was told after getting a ultrasound I only had that left leg done nothing else. I would need to get 3 procedures done again to stop the blood from going done to my ankles. There is literally NEVER an office manager on duty to ensure there are no issues. Front office staff NEVER answer the phones even a lady below Katherine Olmeda said the same thing. Literally every time I have had a problem (which is only 3 times) and have asked to speak with a manager I am always told "she isn't here and we don't know where she is or when she will be back". How does the staff not know where management is and when she will be back? Why is this business open and there is NO management on duty? What is prompting me to leave this review is the fact she had the nerve to call my phone this morning and terminate my care because she did not like the message I sent to her rude nurse Latonya and checking her for how she spoke to me on the phone yesterday, how I questioned if other doctors in that office acted the way Robinson does when it comes to follow up care (she is terrible at following up, sending refills, does not upload the follow up notes, and even a woman Teona Artis said the same thing). The very first time I saw Robinson I found her behavior and demeanor very odd. From her jaw rapidly moving from side to side, how fast she talks and rushes the visits, and her lack of follow up care and making sure I get my refills. I literally had to call my insurance and get them to call over to the office to get her to stop dragging her knuckles and get my prescriptions sent. It took a week and the front office deliberately refused to answer the phones. The second time it took TWO freaking weeks, a cancelled virtual appointment to discuss why she hasn't sent the medication after saying she would (Robinson cancelled), and she called me on her personal cell phone and assured me she would send the script after we hung up. Again that never happened and I think I actually got in contact with the non existent office manager about it. This time when she sent all of the scripts over she did not leave the pharmacy a note giving them confirmation I can take the scripts and how. There are laws the pharmacists have to follow. Yesterday rude Latonya blamed the pharmacy and said they were holding up my prescription and that she didn't know why I called my insurance. When Robinson called me this morning she too blamed the pharmacy lol. I've learned doctors in this state take NO personal accountability for their screw ups. The pharmacy literally explained to me that it is their license on the line but Robinson doesn't care. She has no regard for anyone but herself and I'm sure if it was daughter that needed scripts she'd get right on it and not play the blame game. I see why her husband treats her the way he does and she has to fight for her broken marriage. She's a bad person and I called my insurance back and filed a real grievance against her and will be filing a medical board complaint against her for retaliating against me and terminating my care and sending them the recorded call from this morning. All she had to do was communicate with the pharmacy but she was too incompetent to do that. I did ask for a manager to call me back and she said she'd have her call me but I'm sure that's a lie as well. She also had the nerve to tell me I should apologize to her, kept over talking me, interrupting me, lied on me, literally wouldn't shut up and let me talk and yet she called MY phone early in the morning. I thought she was so busy with patients but had time to call me with BS for 12 mins lol. As Latonya kept lying and saying. Robinson is literally the first and only doctor I have ever dealt with that literally will not do their job, blame others, and is vindictive to patients. Doctors have the ability to send scripts and respond to messages when not in the office. She is a very mentally sick woman or is on some sort of substance. Her behavior is not normal but here is the message she was so emotional about that was directed to her nurse.
