After a previous vein closure procedure with another doctor that unfortunately did not go well, I…read morewas very nervous to try again. From the moment I walked in from the front desk to the clinical team I felt completely taken care of by Dr. Aleman and his staff.   The results have been amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend Dr. Allman and the entire team. Absolutely 5 stars!

It's hard to put together an A Team, but this office has it! You may think you have a couple, but when they do the immersive ultrasound, you will be amazed! I have to admit, was very nervous about having any type of vein treatment. My primary care doctor referred me to Aleman vein clinic, and let me just say coming here has been the best decision! From walking in the door and you see Julie, with her bright smile, fantastic glasses, and she always has everything ready to go for me as soon as she sees me, it means a lot to me that I don't have to tell her who I am, she is always so welcoming and has everything there! Then getting you back in the room promptly with Reepa. Reepa, she is definitely a jack of all trades! She worked wonders with my insurance company to get my procedures approved instantly, and when the second round gave her a little flack, she was on the phone advocating for me, making sure I would get my treatments done on time! She always has my appointments ready to go and keeps me informed with news about my insurance, deductibles and everything in between. Getting back into the room if you have any anxiety at all Stephanie and Jessica will get you ready, and are so kind, caring and just let me talk my nervous head off! Jessica is so bubbly, funny and keeps the conversation going especially when you feel awkward being quiet like me! Stephanie has probably heard all of my life stories by now and she is still so wonderful and always pops her head in the room to get me with a smile, knowing full well I am going to talk her head off! We have the best conversations while she is getting me scrubbed up, and it really helps to ease all of the anxiety I have getting in there, not to mention she is my (same day!) birthday buddy. When she did my ultrasound at my first appointment I was so amazed at all of the venous insufficiency I had. It's crazy to see what lies under the surface that you don't see. What I also loved is that you don't have to wait for a second appointment, Dr. Aleman comes right in and explains things to you after your ultrasound. What can I say about Dr. Aleman? He is AMAZING! Not only are his surgical skills absolutely pro, but his bedside manner is just so awesome! You usually have to sacrifice one or the other in great surgeons, but not this one! He is the most personable doctor. He comes in with almost a sing-song hello to greet you, and not only does he explain what he is doing, but he will just talk with you! My favorite topic is family trips to Disney! He is so interesting and it makes the procedure go by so fast and you don't notice the pokes and uncomfortable parts so much. After about a week with the right leg, I started to notice how heavy the left one was feeling and how much better the right one was. I knew I needed to get in to get the other one done. I attached a picture of my second leg, second day procedure. Minimal pain, heals very nicely, and if you have any worries, Dr. Aleman always tells me to call him with any concerns after every procedure! If you are reading this, you must be looking for a sign to come in, and this is it! You definitely should come here! They are the BEST!

I am very pleased with the results on my legs. Dr. Sagar Patel, vascular surgeon @ Vein Restoration, treated the main veins in my legs after an ultrasound indicated venous insufficiency. When Dr. Patel's treatment was over, he recommended Susan Reed, schlerotherapist, for treatment of my spider veins. I am very pleased with the results & I'm happy I had my veins treated. It's so nice not to see the purple ropey veins in my legs. I'm conscientious & careful not to stand in one spot for long periods of time due to achiness in the legs & I'm faithful about wearing my support knee-highs (20-30 mmHg) every day. My support knee -highs make me feel like I have a 2nd pair of legs. I'm considering purchasing 20-30 mmHg colorful, compression knee-high socks to wear with shorts for the summer & start a new trend & fashion statement for all of us with venous insufficiency. FYI: Treatment of spider veins is not covered by insurance. Dr. Patel informs you of this in advance.

It is an unbelievable difference in your daily life. No more pain when walking. No more swollen legs. Dr.Fonger and his staff were very pleasant and helpful. Scheduled appointment for 8:45am, needing to be in & out. Prevailing logic is that early morning…read moredoctor appointments provide just that. NOT SO. First, someone in what seemed to be nurse scrubs led me back to a conference room strewn with products sold by the office. And proceeded to explain, with a flipchart presentation book, procedures I may or may not need. She also insisted I "feel how different these compression socks are from anything else on the market." Hmm, sell much? She then attempted to speak to me about insurance and payment methods. I stopped her and asked why all this was being done BEFORE I was diagnosed or even seen by a medical professional. She quickly ended the "tour" of possible treatments and let me know emphatically that all their doctors are good, and can take care of ANY vein issues. I was then led into ANOTHER completely different office - apparently this one is where the doctors actually see patients. AFTER a total of ONE HOUR of waiting, was told by the office manager that unfortunately the doctor "was detained" and that she - the practice manager - would speak to me instead. This came about because I stated I would need to leave in 15 minutes due to the tardiness of a doctor that couldn't get to work on time. I had gotten up early enough to avoid traffic and tardiness, why couldn't he? No, there was no emergency surgery being performed. No life or death situation to justify his tardiness. The incompetent front office staff had not shared relevant information with each other or the medical staff. Their main concern was concentrated on presenting PAYMENT options and information FIRST - before even being diagnosed! What kind of a scheme is this? Isn't there an oath doctors are supposed to take, um, something about helping people? The kicker: the doctor refused to see me even after I insisted. His nurse came into the room about 3 minutes before I left and told me my vein issue is not something that Dr. Clark - a vein specialist in the EMORY VEIN CLINIC - does.
