I had gutters installed 6 months ago by Truesdale. We are still very happy with the job they performed!

We needed gutters installed on one of our homes which was a new build and I compared him to another company and his pricing was so much better for what we wanted. The job was completed over a couple of days. I love how personable the team was and how they also cleaned up behind themselves after they left. We walked the property together afterward to ensure that everything was well down. I have no doubt that the work they did added so much value and curb appeal to our home. Several people raved about the beauty of the installation and our family is very pleased. I will recommend them to others. They run a great company! Thank you.

He showed up on time and did a visibly good job of installation from the ground looking up ! They looked great and he said they were guarantied for a lifetime for the gutters and workmanship! It rained about a week after the installation and I had water running down from between the gutters and the facia of my roof ! I called him and made him aware of the problem that day! He said he would be coming to fix the problem within a week! After he didn't show up I called him again and he said he had been on an alaskan cruise and would be coming out the next week. I've called him several times over the months and sent him videos of the problem trying to get him to come back and fix the problem and he still hasn't shown up !! Before he started doing the work I asked if he was experienced in putting gutters on homes with metal roofs and he said he had done several projects that had metal roofing ! I'm afraid that with all the water getting behind my gutters that I will eventually be having a problem with a rotting fascia and having to replace my roof that's attached to the fascia and drip edge that holds the roof in place!

On the first day (09/22/2025), a team of at least (5) men arrived including Ever Medina that demolished our entire 8 X 7 square foot bathroom. Based on the quote and service dates, we requested the job to pay for labor only and we covered the cost of materials. On the first day, we paid Ever Medina 50% of the cost for labor for the job to start on (9/22/25) and to end with 5 days on (9/26/25). At this present time, we do not permanent live in SC and returned and plan to stay during the remodeling job. On the second, third and fourth day, only one (1) man was present to only install the tile around the shower and bathtub as well as the floor. On the third day, I asked if they were going to finish by Friday and was told that they would need Saturday. During this time, my husband and I were become somewhat disappointed because our expectations were being ignored. On each scheduled day of work, the men did not arrive on time and Ever was not very responsive when we would call and text him. Due to not becoming very confident in the workmanship, my husband would monitor them on a regular basis to ensure quality workmanship. Unfortunately, the remodeling and painting was not completed on Saturday therefore no work on Sunday because the sheetrock mud had to dry. So this was understandable but lead to Monday to complete the job. We were told that the work will begin at 7 am. Only one man arrived at 8:30 am. He was using a handheld dryer to dry the mud on the sheet rock and around midday, he started sanding the sheetrock. Ever told us that he would arrive between 10 and 11 am but only arrive around 2 pm. Here is our question, how can these two people (Ever's wife and child arrived with him) complete the project. The walls need to be primed and painted, the vent exhaust system to be installed, wall, window and door molding to be installed, cleaning the bathroom, shower tile and floor, installing the (3) can lights and vanity light, repair one wall light switch, install the shower door, install the bathroom vanity and fixtures as well as the toilet. For the toilet and bathroom vanity, the plumbing needs to be installed. At this time, Ever asked and wanted to come back on Tuesday to complete the work. We told him that we had to leave because we had prior obligations in Florida and will return on Friday for him to complete the work. I expressed that he had five days to complete the job, and we had extended the time that was beyond our expectations (3 days). Based on the quote and contract, we would pay him the remaining balance upon completion and satisfaction of the quality of work. At this time he became upset and requested that we pay him $2000 on this day (Monday) and pay the balance on the completion date on Friday (10/3/2025). We did not agree to this because that was not the agreement in the quote and contract. Ever made the decision to threaten us by using profane language and called the police. We could not understand why because we have been working through his delays and poor communication on the timeframe to complete the job. The policemen came and spoke with him and not us. After a few minutes, the policemen left and did not speak with us. Ever, his wife and employee left our home. Now we have to find someone else to complete the job that he did not finish. We will provide pictures and videos upon request. It has been two weeks later with a new contractor. The contractor is finishing the work and finding bad dry wall installation, electrical and plumbing problems. The worst is the water in the bathtub drains to the shower. The plumber will have to tear down the tile wall to the pipes to fix the problem as well as switch the water lines because the cold and hot water lines are incorrect based on the valves.
