They have a solid array of products at a fair price too from grab and go snacks to ice cold beverages. Store was fairly clean with easy access to the streets and the highway too. She had not eaten anything all day, and I was hoping to tempt her with some food for people. When I explained my odd order of a burger with no bun, tapped with cheese and steak, they also offerred me a huge "pup cup" of peanut butter and whipped cream. Then, one of the employees paid for my food. They were so compassionate and caring! I will forever be a loyal Sheetz customer.

Nearly everything had some sort of customization option, from cheeses to sauces and other toppings. They have a lot of drink options that you can serve yourself in the fountain area, including slushies, coffee, soda, and more. There is both interior seating and a patio available. Everything came out hot and fresh. When it is not closed, it's like a homeless shelter in and around the store - which could be intimidating to some customers. Maureen is fine, but still is guilty of random closing, but the guy that works when she is out is rude and seems like he's out of it most of the time. One time he came to unlock the store looking like he was high (not just weed high), and another time he was locked inside with a seemingly homeless woman. Outside of the morning situation, the store is constantly filthy and always out of stock of common items. I have voiced my concerns before and this morning again I lost time driving to Sheetz, so I will not gamble any more. It is clear that Speedway doesn't care about its patrons, so I'm sure their life will go on just fine.

I continue to use Speedway for the points but at almost every single one I question myself as to why. They almost always dirty and if the pumps work at all, a lot of the time the card readers won't work. Since merging with 7/11 the quality of ALL Speedways has drastically plummeted.

Went in tonight @ 11pm to pick up Hot Chocolate. The machine was running clear hot water. Went up…read moreto the register for help. Old guy said "it must need to be changed out". OK, I'll wait. Old guy tells younger guy. He said "OK". I go back to the machine and wait for them to come and fix it. They never took one step away from behind the register and I was the ONLY customer in the store. I fixed the machine, the container holding the mix was put in incorrectly. I go to the register to pay and explained that I went ahead and fixed the machine & neither of them would even look up at me. Go outside to leave and my car battery was dead. Again, I was still the only customer. I go back in and ask if either could help me. I had jumper cables. Old guy said: "No. I'm not using my battery to do it." Younger guy said: "Don't you see I'm working? No." I went back outside and thankfully a customer pulled up. I asked him for help and he immediately said, "of course." While my car was being jumped, the two employees came outside, stood by the front door... Started talking and laughing it up as they smoked. The gentleman helping me asked if I had asked them for help and I explained what had happened. He suggested I take pics and I did. He told them directly, by the front door, that he will be taking his business elseware and they just laughed at him. Disgusting employees? Yes! However; even worse, human beings.
