Tony Palacio and Sons did a great job painting the interior of our house, by far the best painting…read morecompany we have ever used. We had a number of painters bid this job but they were either extremely high on their bids or otherwise not feeling like a good fit. Our house interior is challenging because it has some extremely high and angled ceilings with many architectural features throughout, i.e., nooks and crannies. I noticed Tony's reviews and can tell you there is a reason he has so many satisfied customers and five star reviews. We called him and he was out the next day to bid on the job. He is very personable and talking with him it was apparent he knows his craft and is passionate about painting. His bid was extremely competitive and even though it was high season for him (summer), he was able to fit us into his schedule quite nicely. The job turned out excellent and on time! Call him for your painting needs. I think you will be well pleased.

Best contractor we have dealt with since owning our home. Our past experiences with contractors…read morehave been like this: they accept job and then take their time showing up. Ross Thompson is not like that. A few things that make him stand out above all other contractors: First of all, Ross showed up every time on schedule, from the first time we hired him to paint the entire upstairs and part of the downstairs in our home, and again for painting the outside. Second, he was very patient with us as we discussed the work needed, color selection, paint type, etc. He explained each area in detail and helped us make our decisions. Third, he ensured his crew cleaned up at the end of each day and remove all trash and materials not needed anymore. Fourth, pricing was fair and affordable. He stayed within his estimate and if there were additional costs he ensured we knew the details and reasons for the costs. This only happened when we asked him to do more than the original bid. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Ross Thompson Painting. This is definitely the best, most honest, most prompt, and professional contractor we have hired. I would give him more than five stars if possible. If you are looking for a painter, Ross is the Man! His work is outstanding, and the finished paint job is absolutely perfect. We love our new house colors, both inside and outside. Great Job done by this contractor. Hire him if you are in the need for a painter. Willie and Leslie

The bid was very competitive and I personally felt it was very fair! We reviewed the job scope, what all we needed done. Alex assured us he was going to take care to do everything, and they did! They did all the pressure washing, removed outdoor lighting, etc, and provided covering over windows and doors, etc., so they could do a good job painting. They even replaced some trim for us that was dry rotted. They took care to replace the boards and caulk them, using the same care I would have taken if I were able to do it myself. The paint crew all were friendly and took time making sure to trim out everything carefully. I was shocked how quickly they got the job done. Many hands made lighter work! At the end, they cleaned up thoroughly and left us with touch up paint. So, if the question is, would I recommend Alex and his family as painters for your next project? That would be a resounding Yes! Hire Kitsap Brothers Painting for your next job!
