The lady who owns this place was very cordial to me and very informative. I also saw a picture of the USS Cowpens! An old warship named after this city. She was fabulous to work with. No high pressure sales at all. She said we might get them installed by Thanksgiving and sure enough, two days before turkey day they were installed. The three-man crew worked quickly and finished installing the entire house in 45 minutes, just as Andrew the owner predicted beforehand. There was a little bent piece in one of the headers in our roller shades. The installer tried to make it right, but it was messed up during the manufacturing process. He quickly said they would re-order a new header and replace it as soon as it came in. We are very pleased with the final product. Our windows look beautiful. There was an issue with the two delivery guys who wanted twice the agreed price to bring this huge and heavy piece into our home.
