What's really good about this place is that the personnel that they assign to each section really knows their products. They know which ones you need and will point you to the right direction. And they're not after selling you the most expensive products. They tell you which ones best suit your needs and will last longer even if it's cheaper than the one you originally set your eyes on. It's always a pleasure being assisted by salespeople who knows what they're doing and are not always after profits. I went straight for the aisle for tools and inquired for the most handy and reasonably priced hammer suitable for my needs. While walking to the cashier, the attendant asked me if I was leaving after. I though he was just being chatty so I told him I had a long list of things to do in the mall. It was then that he informed me of the newly implemented measures they are undertaking to ensure safety inside the mall. Willing to cooperate, I told him I can head straight to the car after paying. I was shocked that he offered to accompany me to my car to see that I left the hammer there. Swear, I didn't look like a burglar. I was shocked, but very glad that they are indeed going the extra mile in ensuring the safety of shoppers. Props to mall and store management.

Armed just with a floor plan sketch and measurements for doors and windows I was able, with the help of sales people on the floor, to find and identify all the windows and doors for our soon to be built home. I felt no undue pressure or the addition of the dreaded "foreigner tax" many of us expatriates experience. True professionals. Once started we intend to return for plumbing and lighting fixtures. Hence, I just added my review to this location. I was referred to Wilcon by my contactor Madrigalejos Construction Services. Wilcon was one of the two places that Joseph Madrigalejos referred me to for bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I dealt with Adrian, who represents Grohe and Joseph, who represents Kohler. It took me a long time to decide what bathroom fixtures I wanted to purchase since the Grohe prices were much higher than the other brands. I ended up purchasing Grohe, instead of Kohler, only because Adrian was able to find something in stock that wasn't even being displayed, which was less than what was on display. The following week, it was time to change the kitchen faucet. Grohe had something on display, but the store didn't have it in stock. Adrian contacted me once they had it in stock. It was very convenient to just find Adrian because he is usually on the first floor by Grohe's display. He and another employee showed me what was within the box I ordered. Then, a different employee carried the item to the cashier. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I admire Adrian's customer service. He'll definitely be someone I'll be looking for if ever I need additional fixtures.

MC Home Depot helped my buying a door knob very convenient because it was just beside S&R. Not only that, It's in the Fort. It's basically a one stop shop for home needs and it's inside the Metro. How convenient. Apart from that, they also have a lot of brands that you can choose from. I found my doorknob and I was on my way, after paying of course. For people who are bringing cars, not to worry because they have parking spaces. They really thought of everything. So there I was on my way home: dog food in the back and a doorknob on the passenger seat.

Our architect was more than willing to help us out in purchasing what we need. He suggested that we go to his "Suki" store and ended up here. For me, I wanted to go somewhere where I go buy everything at a very reasonable price. Plus, we were recommended to go here because our architect has a membership card! 5% off is still a good discount! The warehouse is fairly small compared to the ones in Pasig. But, the selection they have are the reliable brands that come with a good price tag. However, they didn't have some brands that I wanted to buy. A bit inconvenient but I plan to just go to the main branch for other items. The one thing I didn't like was that, when we needed help, it took quite awhile for any staff to help us. Only when they noticed that we were buying in bulk that they started to eagerly help out. When their staff did start helping us, they provided useful, informed, and practical advise on which product to buy. In the end, we bought 3 sets of toilets and sinks, 2 sets of showers, my kitchen sink and other fixtures! After adding it all up with the 5% discount, we were ready to pay. Then, the manager approached us and offered that we pay Cash on Delivery. Whut?! That is unheard of but, of course, we accepted! This shopping trip really got me excited for the next few weeks! :D

I'd often get lost because I'm in awe of all the cool stuff they have. They don't just sell hardware products but paints and painting accessories, cleaning supplies and car accessories too. My top 3 would be house ware, home decor and kitchen accessories. I love their collection of candy and chocolate scented candles. They even sell legit hair chalk, rad star wars characters Lego key chains, Katana umbrella swords and an equivalent of a Swiss army knife for ladies. My dad buys vacuums and steamers here and mum buys light bulbs and fixtures for her design job. There's a lot of staff ready to help you as well and I find that they are very knowledge about all the products.
