The fee, determined by them, not the manufacturer, was $300. In a follow up contact contact, what I had been told earlier was then directly denied. When I mentioned the name of my initial contact, one person said that they were remote staff and another had no knowledge of anyone having the same name. All my statements, including the first sentence, are true. Evaluate as you see fit.

He doesn't stop until you're satisfied and happy! He is a true professional at his work, and I highly recommend Justin to anyone and everyone who is in need of new hearing aides!!!

The people there were phenomenal and got me set up with 2 pairs of new glasses in 2 hrs! It would've been faster, but they had to turn one set from puck into lenses. That took quite a bit of extra time. I needed these prescription glasses to be able to continue travels as I need them for driving. Everybody from the eyecare center, to reception to optometrist, we're all super pleasant and very helpful. It made this stressful situation, a pleasure to get handled!!

The doctor finally came in and I voiced my frustration of having to wait such a long time. He didn't seem very sincere when he apologized with empty words to appease me. I think this is just part of their practice and they think they are so busy and making so much money that they can get away with their disregard for their patients. Well, I'm taking my business elsewhere. StG may be a small town, but there are other ophthalmologists who will be happy to have my business. I'll make sure my primary care physician knows so he can stop referring them to patients.

As far as I know my 4 vein procedures went well. I guess time will tell. And my husband and I had to leave work early to drive 35 miles to make my last post surgery appointment. We got there on time but a patient who came in 10 minutes or so after me was taken in 1st. We left because we work a split shift and had to be 35 miles back to work. The receptionist seemed surprised that I was unhappy. I will not be returning for that last appointment.

I walked in and saw the person at the front desk. She checked me in and took me back to a room handed me a card and asked what I would like. There are 18 choices on the card everything from Energy Boost to Pre/Post surgical renewal. I had to fill a medical questionnaire and list all my meds. Spent 20 minuets reading there disclaimers. Now i'm thinking this is like going to the Doctors office. But I would be wrong, my wife tells me it's like going to a nail salon. They give you a menu and you pick. If I have to pick the treatment why did they need all my medical history. I got the B12 infusion. I left 45 minutes later not knowing anything more than when I went in. I will say it was very relaxing atmosphere and the people were nice but it seem like they were there to do there job and not really help you. I think they should spend a little time sitting down and explaining the whole experience. What should be expected. When I should return or should I need another treatment, something. It's like when you go to a new restaurant, the host will ask if you-have been there before and if not they will explain the menu, specials ect. I have not decided if I will return, I think I will thy a different place to be able to compare if the treatment is just as mediocre.
