they said this on their wedsite: 'True Thai is to wake up the full body', but based on my experience, all i did is to 'wake up the massagist'........ not my body.............
one of my friend recommend True Thai as they are very professional, so i decide to invite my best friend and give it a go last week. And then, i would say thats the worst Thai Massage experience for me and my friend.
first of all, we both booked for the True Thai 90 mins, but my massagist asked me some options and questions before start, she used oil for me which is good. but my friend's massagist barely speak, said nothing before start, and massage her whole body without any oil and cream, my friend's skin feel quite painful after that. we asked the receptionist, she said she doesn't know, and she can help with anything. wow......
second of all, my massagist was sooooo sleepy, so i have to ask her for three times' are you ok??', she didn't respond me.. and then i have to kick my feet to remind her, and finally she woke up......
I give the feedback to receptionist, i dont know she understand me or not, because she said she cant help with anything, she can only let her manager contact me later.
Neighter a sleepy massagist is professional, nor a massagist barely communicate with customer before start is professional, nor a unresponsible receptionist is professional.
worst experience ever. massage should be very personal and relax. and it takes $105 ........ read more
