I was able to get in within a week, and very much looked forward to it. He runs his practice out of his house (there is an annex) and the room is warm, cozy and inviting - everything you'd want. But, to be clear, this isn't a spa so don't expect robes and slippers. The massage was fantastic. Phil has a firm hand, and got into all my sore bits - everything you could ask for in a massage. I have re-booked for next month, and highly recommend him. (Unless you like those weak-wrist relaxation massages - then you should probably skip it, or at least let him know.)
