We discussed my skincare needs and I was able to prepare for my services. Each step of the way I was told what was going on and following my services provided with recommendations on maintaining my new glow. I would add, if you're used to a spa that is not independently owned and fully staffed, this may not be the place for you. The owner did everything seamlessly with little interruption. Although t another client did call she excused herself, apologized and quickly returned. I was so relaxed with the music and facial steamer it was quite hard to notice. My family and I have been loyal clients of your facility since 2021, and over the years, we have enjoyed a variety of services, including yoga classes, massage therapy, and halotherapy. However, our recent experiences have left us increasingly frustrated, and I feel compelled to formally raise this concern once again. In May, I reported that the adult halotherapy room was experiencing significant issues. The room had noticeable wear and tear, an unpleasant odor, and the fan was malfunctioning, which led to the halotherapy treatment not functioning as expected. Typically, when the room is operating correctly, the salt is dispersed effectively, and it is even noticeable in taste and scent. Unfortunately, during my session, this was not the case, and I was left disappointed. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. I was not charged, and offered additional sessions, but what point does it make to give me sessions in a room that does not work? Unfortunately, upon our return today, we found that the situation had not improved and impacts the kids' room as well. While the staff was friendly, we were informed that the halotherapy generator was still not functioning properly. The staff member explained that the generator had been malfunctioning since last week, which is consistent with the information I was provided back in May. Initially, she tried to play it as if the generator shut off. I kindly asked her to not lie, and said this seems to be an ongoing issue. It wasn't until I spoke up that the charge was waived for today's visit. At this point, I am concerned that this issue may reflect a deeper problem with how the business is being managed. It is disheartening to waste time or to pay for services that are not being delivered as advertised, especially given the extended period of time that this issue has persisted. Given the ongoing nature of the problem and the lack of resolution, I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions in my account. We have given your facility several months to resolve the issue, but it seems clear that no action has been taken to restore the halotherapy service to its intended quality. I trust you understand the importance of addressing this matter promptly and look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Reputable firms don't play the games you play and after the initial consult if there is a problem, you should have said, "I will refund your money." Another business owner not too far from you decided since my husband had a stint, he could not partake of the service so my options were refund or transfer. Hmm, I guess when they said they were God fearing folk who live by the book, they at least made the attempt to do so. Don't hide behind some shield you can't begin to carry. I thought to take you to court and file against you; my husband said when dishonest people do things like this, they will get theirs and they may not even see it coming or how it comes.
