Attached is the "proof" they provided. Expect them to take your deposit for turn overs. Document everything and be ready for court! The only thing removed should have been the last water bill. Not over $1000. You still withheld over $400 of my deposit with ZERO evidence, no matter how many times i asked.

I was with a different property management company (that I will not name here) for 8.5 years and got horrible service. Very poor vetting of tenants. No help going after unpaid rent. No help enforcing lease provisions. The prior company was awful. After getting zero support from the prior company to evict a tenant for being multiple months late on rent and for having a marijuana farm in the basement, I made the switch to ProRealty after vetting about a half-dozen other companies, including reference checks. Night and day difference! The staff from Pro is professional, timely in communication, there when I need them. When there are maintenance issues, Pro handles it and only reaches out to me if it is above a pre-agreed upon threshold. When maintenance has been needed, their contractors do good work and it has been very fairly priced. I've only had one set of tenants with Pro, but the vetting was phenomenal. Three young professionals who left the house in immaculate condition upon their move out. And Pro had new tenants ready to go in less than a week and a half after the previous tenants moved out. Having Pro Realty manage my property for me is the closest this rental has ever been to "mailbox money". My wife even shared that she almost forgot we owned a rental given how little we've had to do with it in the past year. Yes, Pro is more expensive than the other company, but not by much. And I am getting so much more value for my management fee than I ever did from the prior company.
