We have NOT received the service paid for cleaning our home. Juli, the owner, says we called…read moremonths after our cleaning to ask for 2 hours more cleaning. Our children purchased this service for us, and two ladies came to clean. It was NOT deep cleaning. They were here for 2 hours, and said the service still owed us another 2 hours. I have called at least 3 times, and emailed. We have since hired a great lady who does a deep cleaning. She has washed our windows, moved furniture to clean underneath, down on her knees to vacuum under the beds. All of this for $15 an hour. Not over $200 for 2 hours of mediocre service provided by Emily (Juli).
