Cluney Electric

David Cluney was very prompt and responsive when I called to have a range outlet installed. He…read morearrived at the exact time he told me he would and I feel that he valued my time as well as his own. I actually called two other companies before him but they couldn't get out until the next day or three days later. I feel that his price was pretty fair and he got it done quickly as well. He was the only electrician to offer me his price over the phone for what I needed done. I really appreciate the transparency and didn't feel like he was trying to gouge me. He was very professional and courteous. If my parents have any electrical issues in the future, I will call David for them again.

First and foremost, if you don't like reading long reviews, stop here and USE CLUNEY ELECTRIC!!…read moreI've recently been making quite a few improvements on my new home and making a change to the main bathroom light was one of my top priorities. After reaching out to quite a few electric companies, I decided to move forward with Mr. Cluney. Let me first say that they were the ONLY electric company who came out and gave a free estimate, which meant a lot to me. Second, what they quoted me was exactly what I paid despite them seemingly running into a few issues with my older home. They did an amazing job and cleaned up the entire space themselves as well. I could not have picked a better company to use for my main bathroom and I will not use anyone else!

Cedar Ridge Landscaping - Retaining wall install that makes the slope accessible and stunning

Yelp doesn't give me enough space for my 3 1/4 page review, so I'm going to try and condense it…read more After finding out that they would work with my finance company for this project, I met with the Salesman/Supervisor for getting sod and steps. I was told they could do the slope on one side of the yard that I wanted when they did the grading. He didn't measure the property, said he got my measurements online. RED FLAG #1!! I asked if they were going to tack down the sod and he said "no, they sew it". RED FLAG #2. I asked if they were going to kill the weeds before they graded the yard. He said no, they scrape enough off the top and that takes out the weeds. RED FLAG #3. All of the other companies I spoke to were going to kill off the weeds a week or two prior to grading. I didn't go with my gut, because my neighbor was wanting the clay to stop running over into her yard when we had a heavy rain, so much so that the HOA was involved, so I was stressed to the max and had to use Cedar Ridge. HERE'S HOW IT WENT: because the yard wasn't physically measured, after several deliveries, there was never enough sod brought. Even though I was told the Supervisor that there was enough sod the first 2 times. Because my yard wasn't tacked down, when it poured down rain the night after the first sod was installed, the sod rolled down the two side hills. They wouldn't regrade it, just put dirt in the deep ruts and put the grass back on top of it and tacked it down this time. Now it's bumpy and not smooth to run the mower over. And the Steps, oh the steps!!! The supervisor marked the area for the steps and left. The steps were installed one whole step apart from each other. After talking to Steve, the big boss, he said that he would redo the steps, but would have to charge me $265 for the 5 stepping stones and the labor to redo the steps that they did wrong to start with. I just wanted to get it done, so I agreed to pay it. Steve said that he wouldn't schedule them to finish the steps until after we released the money from the finance company for the work that was already done, but the job wasn't completed. Feeling like we had a gun to our back, we released the money. I called him the following week to remind him that the money was released, and he scheduled the steps. I told the guys that came out I wanted them leveled, so they went to their truck and got the level out. Unfortunately, they never lined up the steps, so they're not straight going up my hill and they are even more crooked than the first set of steps. A second Supervisor called me when they were finished and asked how I liked it. I told him that they are still crooked, but I'm done!!!! POSITIVES, the Supervisors that came out, Nathan and Will, the guys and gals that worked on the yard were nice and mannerly. The Sod is doing great in most areas. But I wouldn't let this company do any Sod or Hardscape for me and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Our subdivision uses them. We have had grading issues, irrigation issues, lawn maintenance issues…read more They cracked our siding. They broke our neighbors fence. Once our subdivision is finished & we have our own HOA- we are looking for a new company.
