I booked a nail appointment here for me & my bridesmaids. There were 4 of us which they knew ahead…read moreof time, yet when we got there only one lady was available to do our nails. So, my maid of honor decided not to get a pedicure as there were only 3 chairs available and it would have taken so much longer to do hers afterwards. One nail tech alternated between me and my other two bridesmaids... it took SO long. The girl was nice enough, but the nail polish did not look good at the end. Plus, all she did was rub some stuff on my feet and paint my nails... no scrubbing or cuticle care whatsoever. Very sub par. When it was time to do our nails, another lady was available. So two of us were able to get our nails done at a time while the other two waited. It took SO long to get through three of us that one of my bridesmaids decided not to get her nails done (at this point we had been at the place for THREE hours & had to get to dinner reservations soon). It took my maid of honor an hour and a half to get her full set done as the person doing her nails (the OWNER) kept getting up to talk to other workers, use the bathroom, answer her phone, etc. I made it clear to the lady that we needed to go ASAP & that she needed to hurry up. She promised they'd be done in 10 minutes and half an hour later she still hadn't finished (but had time to get up and go over to the computer to google what the male version of a cougar is called... really?!). This experience was a disaster from beginning to end. It shouldn't take 3 and half hours to get a mani & pedi. Totally disappointing. They knew we were a wedding party yet apparently didn't give a crap that their terrible service meant one bridesmaid couldn't get her nails done & that the maid of honor couldn't get her toes done. And worst of all... my wedding was 2 days later & my UV gel polish (which isn't supposed to chip for up to 2 weeks) had already started peeling off my nails. I will NEVER give this place my hard earned money again. It's a wonder anyone goes in there. UGH.

She does a fabulous job and is very honest about how things will turn out and how much care is required for certain aspects of hair services. Her prices are very reasonable. It is also a pleasure to visit with her. Sierra colored my daughters hair. My daughter has a difficult time with hair cuts and services because she has some sensory issues, and Sierra went at my daughter's pace and comfort level. Rare to find a beautician that understands this and can work with a kid. Most importantly, both my daughter and I really enjoyed how our hair turned out.

They set up my appointment for a Wednesday afternoon. When I had to stay late for work that day, I called Headhunters repeatedly to cancel or reschedule. Again, not answering their phones. When trying to reschedule today, I came to find out they blocked my phone number. I went in person to ask about that, and apparently, they don't do just hair washing without blow drying. They never mentioned this when I setup the appointment a week prior and never contacted me over the next week to correct this and inform me that the service they scheduled me for was not some they provided. Since no one answered the phone for me to rescheduled, I am blocked and banned from Headhunters. I am very disappointed that they didn't inform me of the service I asked for not being available and scheduling me for it. And that they decided to just ban me when they didn't answer their phones for the reschedule. Please don't go to Headhunters, communication isn't their thing and they were are very rude when I asked about them blocking me.
