Meg texted they would be here at 7:30, so I got up early to walk the dog, etc. At 7:30 she texted claiming they didn't have my address. First, they should have been there by that time. Second, the first text in the thread literally had my address. I could still see it. Meg showed up with three others. They were in and out in an hour to the tune of $210 and did a terrible job cleaning (see photos). I had to go back and clean it all myself. The mop pad is me mopping after they left. The next photos - left the sink stopper in the sink. The next three are grout that didn't get cleaned in the shower, but as you can see from the toothbrush I used in the next photo, it came off easily. All that had to do was try. Water spots on the handles wiped right off as well. And when I sent the photos, all she did was make excuses. She offered a reclean but since we had a guest arriving the next day, that wasn't an option. I do not recommend this company.
