So after 18 months has passed and thank God her listing expired. She has been familiar with my house and could not respond to questions when potential buyers asked. I had too. She also referred to me as the tenant and made rude comments to me when I was nothing but courteous to her. She would tell me we had a showing and I would leave work and several no shows. Several realtors who showed the house asked me why she had it listed this way. Not only that but she lied about a potential buyer when I believe it was her with a very low offer and when closing time came all of a sudden it didn't go through. So that was 7 months of waiting.
