Avoid this place at all costs. You will pay FAR MORE than the tires are worth. They have an…read moreautomated system that asks for payment, but only the minimum, which is intentional because if you only pay the balance requested then you'll never reach the amount you "agree" to when purchasing them, and you'll be responsible for the full price PLUS the incredibly high interest. This place is just as bad, if not worse, than a payday loan store. TL;DR Avoid. "Neither a lender nor a borrower be." Buy your tires outright from some place more reputable.

The sales rep (Brandon) asked me on the first day to go online to pick wheels from Wheel Pro (and…read moresend the pictures to them) due to not having the size I needed in stock. After our conversation, I decided on another size wheel so I decided to give Brandon a call back. During our 2nd call Brandon insisted that I had to come into the store to see what wheels that have because he wouldn't know what I like, however I tried explaining to Brandon that he could just email me pictures of the 5 wheel types that they have in stock instead of me driving 45 minutes there and back to make a selection. He refused to send pictures, therefore he lost out on a sale for a set of tires and wheels. Brandon was not helpful at all today and it is very obvious that this company is making a great deal of money!

I was then greeted by an older gentleman with one eye closed. It appeared he injured his eye and juices were coming out of it. Very disgusting. He proceeded to jump in my face, screaming and yelling because I had an issue with the price. He told me I could take "my sh$@ down the road." I paid and started to leave when the One eyed man got loud again and would not let me leave showing me this price and that price, honestly I didn't hear much of what he said due to the fact of him grabbing me and pulling me into the office. It was uncomfortable and I didn't know if he was going to try and harm me or what. I finally was able to slip away, and won't be back. I was about to start bringing my fleet of work vehicles here for repair and maintenance but unless this squinty eye man is gone, I will not return. Do your business a favor; get rid of the one eyed man. Unless you don't like customers? As he will surely run them off .....
