I made the call to MAKE SURE THEY WORK ON MINI COOPERS - AND KNOW HOW TO!!!! It is not a Chevy or a Ford.... Oh yes we have worked on them before and we have even replaced a clutch before. GREAT!!! They came back to me with a turn around time and a price that we agreed upon. THEN 2 days after the agreed time, the car is ready (hmmm - if you can say that). We go to pick it up and it is over $500 more than what we agreed upon (without a call to approve) then when I get into the car there is the stability light on. I questioned this with the owner of the business and he said that it will go off once driven. I came on due to them removing the tires. Yeah Right!!!. Mind you I had new tires, alignment, and the car checked out with A++ rating not 4 mos before taking it into this place. Once driving the car for a day or two, the stability light NEVER goes off AND the check engine light comes on now. A week or two later the car starts throwing more errors. I honestly feel that they have changed out my computer system. Oh and remember the new tires - Yeah = the car is pulling so bad to the Left I am sure that the tires are toast now. So if you want your car, your baby, to stay in one piece - the way that you took it in -- do not take it to this place. They will over charge you and not tell you until it is too late and do other unthinkable things to your car while they have it alone at their establishment. Just Beware!!!

She not only tested our battery but actually installed the new one and cleaned the battery cables for us. She even went the extra mile and checked the alternator and some other systems to make sure there wasn't a drain on the new battery!

Mind you I wear a shirt and tie and often when I leave the office on my lunch break I go by Market Street to see what parts I can purchase.. there is about six or seven totaled out cars parked in front of the establishment , so I was browsing through the cars I did not touch them nor did I look inside of them I was just looking at the vehicles from a glance . And the owner came out and started shouting you need to go inside why are you out here go talk to them first in front of 2 other Hispanic customers . Then when I went back inside to speak with the representative named (Caesar )who has wonderful customer service .. I notified Caesar that I will be interested in buying 2011 Dodge Challenger Wheels because I've purchased a few sets of Wheels there previously .. he took my information down as always and he said that he will get back to me Cesar is a great guy wonderful person excellent customer service he believes in treating people right. When I walked back out to the parking lot I saw the owner again and he looked at me with a frown and said" I told you to go inside why are you still out here looking at the cars " I stated I have already spoken to (Caesar) about the Dodge Challenger Wheels " he looked at me rudely and he brushed me off and he told me "whatever " I haven't felt this disrespected and years I know this is a very sensitive time in our country and I would not think that an owner would treat such a loyal customer like this after all these years.

They helped me pick a perfect lift kit for my truck and I had it installed here. These guys know…read morewhat they were doing. They were all very kind to answer a plethora of questions. The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time.
