The store was surprisingly clean with a pretty good selection of both fountain and bottled drinks. They have snacks and hot food as well. There isn't anything super impressive about the selection, but for an emergency, it works. I have a big complaint, and I'm sure this will be super silly. Last year, my sister stopped here with me in the car during an emergency. I didn't know then where we were, but I verified it later. Anyway, they had Slush Puppies. Yes, the original Slush Puppies. For you youngsters, Slush Puppies were a staple in the late '80s and early '90s. Similar to Icee or Slurpee, they were unique because you squirt the syrup into the cup, then add the ice. It would blend perfectly. Was it magic? Was it sorcery? Who knows, it was just awesome, and the ice couldn't be beat in texture. Sadly, this location did away with them. It was the first time I had seen them since I was a kid and apparently I won't see them again any time soon. I'm so sad!!!

They will go out of their way to make sure they help you, whether it is ordering a product you want or cooking you something special to eat. Gret's has a decent selection of drinks and food; they also have pizza and fast food such as burgers and sandwiches. During lunch, they usually have slices of pizza and the usual convenience store food in the hot box. You can get fuel here as well, although it will be on the pricey side as it is 100% gasoline with no ethanol. Inside is rather small and a bit crowded, but for a town with little options, this place will most likely have what you need.

I was told I could have my car towed to the shop and they would fix it first thing in the morning. After working on it for two and a half hours, they picked me up at the motel and had me back on the road. Their service was great and the price was way below what I thought it would be. I definitely recommend this shop !

I received the biggest bolt in my tire. Being in the middle of nowhere, I knew I'd have to drive on…read moreit to have it repaired. I called the day before to make sure they had the tire size I needed, then I limped my car the 15 miles to the shop. When I arrived, I was told it would be an hour. No biggie, so I sat and waited for it. The front lady was super nice and personable, and the shop was small but very clean and organized. I was honestly terrified it was going to cost a fortune, but thankfully they are extremely reasonable on their pricing. I figured I would need a new tire (I was right), and the cost was very competitive. It took almost 2 hours in reality, but I was pretty happy with the experience. My one complaint was that the tire pressure wasn't checked on my car. I guess I'm spoiled with tire shops also making sure the other tires are in good condition. I had another tire that was about 4 pounds lower than it should be, but they didn't take care of it when it was in. I do understand they were busy, but I figured they would check. All in all, I'd visit them again for a new tire, especially for an emergency such as this.

They were friendly, competent and reassured me all was well when we got done. They topped off the oil and checked other fluids also. The heat was the culprit and burned some oil faster than normal. I was so glad we found somewhere that handled the situation honestly and with exceptional customer service when they knew we wouldn't be back since we lived so far away. I called this dealership since I was about 10-15 minutes away from it right when they were going to close. They said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but they can definitely take a look at it at least prior to closing. My vehicle died (engine issue) in their parking lot as I turned into the driveway. They were able to get it into the service bay, gave me all the advice they could considering I had to keep going and they couldn't get the parts I needed for at least a few weeks. Recommended I go to a tow service they work with and as I was about to follow one of the employees of the lot, my vehicle turned off again unfortunately for good. The whole team came out and pushed my vehicle back into a parking stop on their lot. Thanks to their help and guidance I was able to get back on the road the next day. Thank you, I really appreciate it. I was in need of help and you guys went above in beyond

Briefly spoke to our sales person and confirmed we had a free service. I go to pick up the Expedition and I'm charged full price for the service. I don't care that I had to pay for the service but the managers reaction was ludicrous and our salesperson didn't follow through. Say what you mean and follow through.

Avoid EC Auto Repair in Elk City, OK. We limped in with a…read moreblown turbo and were met with confusion, severe incompetence, and shady pricing. The issue was obvious, yet staff struggled to diagnose it, couldn't handle basic information, and entered our diesel truck as a gas V10--then wondered why parts didn't match. We were quoted $2,800 with no clear itemization. When we supplied our own part, labor mysteriously jumped from $180/hr to $248/hr. They also tried to tack on $300 for an oil change, another $300 for unnecessary fuel treatment, and a questionable $98 "shop fee" they falsely claimed was required by Oklahoma law. The promised loaner vehicle suddenly turned into a rental once we pushed back on pricing. At that point, we decided to do the repair ourselves--it took about 12 bolts and basic tools. To top it off, the owner became aggressive, attacking me while trying to get my keys and called police while we were finishing the job. The officer was professional, but it says a lot when police are a regular presence there. Bottom line: Disorganized, dishonest, and hostile. This shop appears to take advantage of out-of-town customers. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Every local we talked to said to steer clear of this over priced and shady place.
