So mad it's not even funny! They wait till after dentist sees me to tell me my insurance doesn't cover visit unless it's medical. The dentist didn't do anything but talk to me as I was there only to order a new partial as I lost mine. They made me pay$100 just to talk to dentist and didn't tell me my insurance didn't cover it until after the fact! Wanna bet I am reporting them not only to my bank but to the dental association! I f*#king hate the dentist guys. Like no BS. I have avoided the dentist for way too long and now I'm paying for it. Whomp whomp, welcome to adulthood self. Dr. G, the receptionist Sharell, and the other staff make me feel so welcome and taken care of!!! I found them during a dental emergency and they took me as soon as they opened! Same day. I was so relieved because the pain I was in, my funeral was being planned in my head. :( Dr.G went over my X rays with me in a way that I could understand and answered my questions without making me feel like an imbecile. Sharell walked me through my treatment plan, my insurance coverage and my out of pocket cost. She even arranged something's around based on priority and prices to work with in my budget frame. Even the office is so cute and welcoming! I think it's so awesome that while I wait and am getting work done I can watch a movie on a mounted tv to bide my time. My fiancé called to set up an emergency appointment for me for an extraction after a week of extreme pain, which I was at first very reluctant to even go. I had not seen a dentist for 15+ years because I had a lot of fear from a past experience. The wonderful office team was able to get me in the same day and within an hour. The doctor was patient and very talented. I did not feel any pain from the extraction and actually felt so much better right after the first appointment. It has now been a few years, and my dentist has just completed implants for me which was also painless. If I would have known about this office sooner, I would not have waited so long to go to the dentist. I could not recommend a better dentist and office to go to especially if you are hesitate because it has been a while like me. Dr. Raj is incredible. One of my wisdom tooth was impacted so I was referred to this location. Dr. G took her time to answer any questions I had regarding my x-ray and let me know my options. I scheduled the extraction date for the following week and anxiously awaited for my appointment. They said it should take 30-45 minutes to get both of my wisdom teeth out. When it was time for the procedure, I nervously clenched onto the stress ball as they began injecting the local anesthesia into my gum. This is only the beginning, I thought, it's only going to get more painful from here. They told me to wait for 10-15 minute until it takes affect so I just watched TV while I start to lose control of my mouth. Dr. Raj and Maria came back and it was time. "You're going to feel some pressure," said Dr. Raj. What felt like 30 seconds to a minute later, Dr.Raj spoke again and said "Ok! You're good to go" I was confused, shock, excited, I don't even know. He did it so quickly and skillfully that I didn't even realize it was over. I've heard numerous horror recovery stories from friends with impacted wisdom teeth and uh...yeah...let's just say I only needed to take Advil twice and it's been a week since the procedure. I have been coming here for a few years and the staff is friendly but I don't like having different dentist in my mouth when I come in for my appointment. I would like to deal with one doctor only for my appointments. My worst experience at a dentist. I would give them 0 stars if possible. After the doctor informed me that I needed three crowns. The first thing they did was tell me how much my insurance would cover and how much I had to pay out-of-pocket before they would do the work. They had financing available. I had to either pay in advance or apply for financing. They checked for approval on the spot. I told the doctor I wanted to do one side of my mouth in one visit and one side of my mouth in the other visit. He said that's silly. Let's just get it all done in one shot. Save you a lot of visits. After three and a half hours of having him dig in my mouth. He had his assistant fit me for my crowns. And at the end informed me only soft foods until the crowns are ready. That would not have been a problem if I had half a mouth to eat with at a time because the crowns would not be ready for 3 weeks. I also told him that I did not want to get it all done in one day, because I had to go to work that evening. He said that's not a problem you won't be in any pain and you will be fine for work. The pain medicine did not wear off until a half an hour after I left for work. when the pain medicine wore off I discovered that my entire mouth was full of sores in the areas where he kept missing with the drill and hitting my cheek, my gums, the roof of my mouth even had sores in it. My lips had sores and cracks. Seems if you stretch a mouth to it's max for multiple hours, you should lubricate the lips. When I went in to get my crowns put in, the doctor stood with all three crowns in his hand at the same time. he kept trying each tooth into each area trying to figure out which tooth went where. Because apparently he got them mixed up. Now I have a tooth that doesn't fit properly because I feel it's in the wrong spot. I told him that it didn't feel right. He kept shaving more and more off of one tooth. but the other tooth above it was still hanging too low. he told me "give it a couple days for it to settle in. And it will feel fine." When I have enough insurance I will go to a different dentist to get my teeth fixed properly. An expensive lesson, financially, physically and emotionally. To add insult to injury. When I received the bill from my insurance. The insurance company said they wouldn't cover any of the crowns, because of how the dental office coded it. When I called the office, so they could fix it. The girl asked if I wanted an appointment to help them go over there book. REALLY?? You want me to come do your work?? After my response, she said, Oh no. We'll fix this and notify you when it is fixed. No word, it's been almost 2 months. read more

Dr G is amazing, very gentle and she made my dental visit very easy. I am usually very fearful of the dentist and my fear is now greatly reduced. Both doctors here are amazing and the staff and customer service is exceptional. They have late evening appointments until 8 pm and Saturday appointments. Most people don't like going to the dentist, but I actually really enjoyed my visit to TruBlu. Dr. G knows what she is doing and was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. This was mirrored by the office staff as well. It's clear they also pay attention to details like the waiting room set up to make sure that we are comfortable, although fortunately I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. Made an appointment for 10 AM for a wisdom tooth extraction. Nervous as hell because I don't know what to expect because I won't be asleep when they extract my tooth. Get there 9:55am, waited until 10:30am to be seen FOR A 10:00 APPOINTMENT. But okay fine not too big a deal. But I show up, dentist looks at my tooth for a min and says sorry I don't have confidence to extract this wisdom tooth so I will not perform the procedures. I mean, why not say it over the phone... my boyfriend called and we were informed that Dr raj does the COMPLICATED tooth extractions. I go there and they say it's too complicated. But it doesn't end there. What makes it the MOST upsetting is that not only have I been nervous for days on days and have been in agonizing pain waiting for this procedure. NOW I have to find another place and reschedule all because they couldn't tell me they can't do it. They had X-rays, they could've looked at it. They could've told me they are not sure if they could do it. But no, they wasted my confidence in them, my time, my effort going there. Absolutely loved this dentist office! I was hesitant about finding a new dentist office for my children and wasn't very optimistic in my search. Until I found TruBlu Dentistry. Once I saw 5 stars from pretty much everyone on Google I immediately...thought they must be fake! Lol! No office gets all five stars all of the time right? Well the ladies deserve it! Great phone etiquette! Great customer service! Great attitudes all around! I was running late about 15 minutes late (I called 30 minutes before my appointment to say so) and they still let me come with my 3 children. Even though it was the end of the day and I know everyone had to be ready to go home they were still ALL extremely pleasant! PLUS they had great patience when working with all my children but especially my 4 y/o son when he was a little afraid of the tools. The Dentist and Technician were very detailed with the work they were doing. Overall, just an awesome experience and I'm glad we found our new dental home! Great job! read more
