His over twenty years of experience shows in his results. His crew were all excellent and capable. Although tree work requires heavy equipment and can lead to lawn damage, Steve tries to reduce that by using a Toro Dingo lift that uses a track drive system instead of wheels. That reduces damage to your lawn, but cannot eliminate it, especially under wet conditions, so be prepared. That is something that will be the case for whoever you choose. Even though the project was done well, within the budget, and on time...we cannot recommend this…read morebusiness. The problem is the owner Jeremy King. The guy would not leave us alone...even though we are completely square with a good job done on his part and a receipt we payed in full on our part. He became inappropriately attached to coming over to our property (though he and his crew never stepped inside of our home), he thought we would become couple friends, he kept dragging out the job, continued to come over...at times uninvited. He was told to never come back because the job was done. No equipment remained, yet he made up reasons to keep coming back. He even invented a "warranty" after the business was concluded to keep coming back. There was no warranty on bricks, stones and rocks. Why would there be? Eventually, Jeremy threatened (in writing) he would come over regardless of the completion of our transaction and our expressed wishes not to return. It was an incredibly creepy situation. We had to call the police, and our concerns were taken very seriously. The police seem to know him well. In fact, he had to be told "no" by the detective to him sending over a crew member. The detective also told him we will be just fine without his "warranty". A detective officially trespassed him and his company from our property. If he ever returns he will be arrested. We are completely freaked out by this guy's oddball behavior. The craziest part is, we would have completely recommended him and his company to other people. He did a really nice job. It's just his personality that makes this a hard pass for from us.
