The driver was negligent, either leaving his vehicle in reverse or neutral with no brake set. when he raises my vehicle both my truck and the tow truck rolled backwards until it came into contact with a golf cart and a pile of lumber. It was all caught on camera yet they are still not taking responsibility for their drivers negligence. what a nightmare. Will never use this company again.
