I had previously used a company in Lancaster and went back to be shocked, how their prices have doubled. But not Troy Granite. There prices are very reasonable, their service amazing, especially when dealing with Pam their PR representative and they completed the job with efficiency and expert skill. If ever I have any further need, I will choose Troy Granite again and am recommending them to whomever I know. read more

I called them up today to try and see if they knew where I could get rubber bumpers for the sink ribs that I ordered when I got my granite countertops from them. The woman that answered the phone was not polite or courteous. And it seemed like she Was somewhat bothered that I called to ask. This question period period she told me she did not know where you could get replacement feet and bumpers to try home depot. And then she actually interrupted me and said. Have a good day to get me off the phone. If this is the type of customer service that they give you after you buy a countertop, then I would shop somewhere else. And as a side note, I found out that these feet and bumpers can be found on amazon . She should definitely not be on customer service. read more

Called about having them laser a hole for A 26" X 6" piece of marble for my shower. The lady was decent enough in explaining that they don't provide that service unless .... It comes from their store. My question- then why not ask me what color it is and try to see if you provide a similar material? Work with Troy Granite at your own RISK!! It is their business practice to allow a customer to place a piece of granite on hold and in less than a week, without a phone call or voicemail, they'll sell it right from under you. Worst yet, when you call for an explanation the sales team takes no responsibility and blames the customer, and if you ask to speak with the manager he won't even speak to you on the phone and demands you come into the store! Everything about this business is top notch. The stone choices, the sales, the planning and installation process, even with the COVID pandemic, Troy Granite made it all flow seamlessly. The sales team was friendly, they suffered me coming back numerous time to check different stone types and were willing to explore different avenues for savings. The stone designers took time showing me how my stone would be cut and was able to (within reason) change the layout on the stone to suit. The installation team showed up on time and worked tirelessly, finishing quickly and were followed by the company plumber who finished the work quickly. They waited on me as soon as I got there. I told them I just wanted a new countertop. I had read about their deal for a counter and a sink for a certain price. He showed me which pieces of granite I had a pick from and what the sink looked like. I had to pay them in advance and he set up the appointment for the man to come out and measure. Then he also set up the day to have it installed. The men are all friendly and know what they're doing. They work fast too. My kitchen turned out to be beautiful and I love the sink. read more

I called for a free estimate and received a timely appointment. Pam Ziegler came and knew the name of my granite by looking at it, she was very personable & professional. She even endured the sass of my 4 year old . After debating on style/design for a couple days we decided to double the size of our current island!! It was two days to remove existing granite and replace with the new & bigger slab. Jim Darcin, the sales manager, came each day to ensure everything was running smoothly. From consult to installation everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Pam, Jim and Troy Granite!! After living with this island, and then even changing it once it's horrible. It feels as though sand is laying on top. Their only explanation is 'some granites are like that.' Funny, when they sold me on it they said it would be smooth and polished just like my countertops are. There is a SUBSTANTIAL difference in feel and visual quality. I've tried a few times to remedy the situation to no avail. Their offer was to put my small granite island top back on but I'd get no refund. So, I'd have given them $$$$ for my original countertop. read more

We've had these countertops for about 15 months now and overall we are satisfied with the looks of the counters. Pam was responsive and the work was done very quickly. I will caution that their selection is thinner than most current countertops so if you're getting something replaced make sure your walls are prepped, cleaned and patched prior to their arrival (specifically where the backsplash meets the wall). We also currently have an issue with mold coming up from under the backsplash they installed. The mold has become an issue because of improper sealing of the backsplash to the countertop. There are multiple areas that you can visibly see the sealer is not connecting the two pieces. I contacted Troy Granite about this issue and they said since it's been over one year I would have to pay for them to rectify this issue. I believe that if sealed properly, nobody should ever have an issue with mold behind the sealer, let alone after one year. They are quick to react to your sales inquiry but I would say the workmanship is below average based on my experience. read more

I think this is the one of the worst company ever. I wish there is a negative star. The advertise said 1499, but never said up to 30sqft, it never said removal and sink installation included. But it's ok, i can shell out another 500 for those 2, but when i came to the showroom, the 1499 counter top is nothing but TRASH, POOP, JUNK, and ugly as F&CK. But it's also, i can shell out another 1000 for a better counter top. So my wife made 50% deposit. But when I got home, i just realized that the sink installation and a cutting board is is included, however, they are only included with the 1499 shiitty counter top (Which the guy who did the estimate for me, Mike Morse, did not disclose). So i called them and complained abut this, but they refused to included the sink installation and the cutting board. I guess I should have stick with my shittty counter top. I got to blame my lovely wife for this. She wants this so i guess i have to stick with it. but I WILL NEVER EVER introduce anyone to go to troy. While we were pleased with the countertops and installation, we had serious concerns with the stainless steel sink installed as part of a package. Within days it was stained and scratched through normal use. Troy Granite and their outsourced sink provider were unable to make it right for us. Be sure to thoroughly inspect your sink if you buy this package. Our sink looks bad and we are now stuck with it. UPDATE 8-3-16: To Troy T...the first thing we did was call the Camp Hill store, where we ordered the kitchen counters. The manager was very abrasive and accused us of damaging it. They refused to make it right and deferred us to the sink provider. They also refused and said it was up to the store. We gave up and a year later our sink looks worse. read more

Told me they'd be at my home by 9am . Now 10.10 am still not here when I called they said no later than 10 but had made a detour to another job before coming to us. Said definitely by 10 am. now are calling them and will let me know an eta by calling me back. Called back and said should be there in 10 - 15 minutes and told me I should never have been told they would be there by 9am as that is incorrect. They need a 4 hour window to know when they will arrive. Hopefully when they get here the installation will be worth the wait . read more

Foreign owned company, enough said...but I'll continue. We were given an estimate based on measurements taken by Troy. Picked out our granite, had laser template and placement performed. Attempted 3 times so far to get them to properly cut (each piece was cut crooked and way off from template) for a fairly small counter top in kitchen. Sales and staff for rescheduling and correcting problem were not friendly or cooperative. Tried on 2 occasions to "recut" 2 of the pieces but only made them worse. All three installers recognized the problems with the mis-cut pieces right away. Salesman was worthless. Do not go to this company. Crooked thieves and rip - off artists. read more

I just received my new granite top last week and I love it! The 2 installers did an amazing job. I do feel bad that no one had let them know they had to lug it up stairs. they said it weighed 350-400 pounds and they were small framed men. I felt bad and tipped them to get lunch. But they did an amazing job installing it. You cannot even see the seam. And I love the sink! The only problem I had was the top was absorbing water within seconds. So I felt it was not sealed properly. I saw on-line that it should take 30 minutes to create a wet spot and mine did it within a couple seconds. So Jim, a sales rep, came out and personally resealed it with a product that he said should last for many, many years. And it worked! My top looks even better yet and no more wet spots! I was concerned about what it might absorb and stain and he fixed my problem immediately. I highly recommend them. Even the receptionists are polite and friendly. read more

While I was pleased with the counter top in general (since I picked the slab of granite) I was not happy with anything else. To begin with we were buying a deep black sink which is pretty pricey. The day before everything was to be installed they called to tell us that they could not find our sink it was not in the warehouse and we would have to wait longer for installation. Now at this point I have no kitchen sink or counters since we opted to remove it on our own. We called to complain and tell them that it was ridiculous and then they magically found our sink. When they came to install they did not have the correct paperwork to sign or the cutting board that we were suppose to receive. They did not correctly buff the counter tops or the seam. We were then to have the back splash installed a week later, once again they called the day before to tell us that the tile was cracked and they could not install on said day. We again said it is ridiculous that you are telling us a day in advance but they scheduled another day. Now only 3 days before the back splash is to be installed they have called again to say the tile was cracked again and we should come pick a new back splash. We decided to cancel the tile install and find someone else. Unfortunately they have not offered new tile at a discount or a discount for all the hassle. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy and I am very disappointed in their service. read more
