Denise always has an in-depth grasp of the case. In every motion she was able to pull information from the files for motions she didn't even handle. She was the 4th lawyer on the case and the only one to get it under control. She got a very tough guardian placed on the case and researched in detail producing a length report. She was available during weekends and holidays for emergencies. Not man attorneys will answer even for an emergency. I was in awe of her being able to recall a page in a 3,000 page file from years earlier. She then brought up case law that no one had knowledge of, and which required a judge to research. The case law was correct and we won that motion. Sadly, family law is a depressing field. You might as well have someone with a good personality that will be an advocate for you and most importantly the child/children. If you actually read her motions you will be impressed with how well written they are. During a break I saw a judge ask her case law questions and trust her answers on a totally different case. You will be lucky if she takes you case. All I can say is that it is high praise for me to call someone a professional, and that is what she is at ALL times. Stop searching and just get her as your attorney!

Her professionalism, attentiveness, and forward thinking are what make working with her such a pleasure. She is what I consider to be a fierce advocate for her clients, not only because she possesses exceptional legal skills and is very hands-on in her craft but because she genuinely cares. I will say that Cynthia is someone who is consistent and transparent with communication. I have never been "out of the loop" about my case, and anything that needed to be filed was handled in a timely manner. It saddens and confuses me to see such horrible comments about her on here because they don't reflect my experience at all. I would, hands down, continue to highly recommend Cynthia Zuñiga to anyone in need of sage legal advice, guidance, or representation.

I engaged the services of a family law attorney with the expectation of receiving adequate representation throughout the intricate and emotionally taxing process of divorce. Regrettably, my choice of Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez as legal counsel was a disastrous one. This attorney, who was hired to provide support and guidance, was instead unprofessional and overall left me feeling deserted. Cynthia Zuñiga, Esq negligent in her duties resulted in critical errors during the divorce proceedings. She lost contact with me after we accomplished to remove my Ex from my Health insurance, nearly 8 weeks trying to communicate with her about a mediation timeline. Cynthia continuously blamed the negligence on her co-worker who is now her partner from Law Center of South Florida, P.A. She apologized profusely and mentioned she's shifting her area of law to probate and bankruptcy. What does her shift in a different area of law have to do with my case. The additional stress imposed proved to be insupportable and prompted me to caution others to avoid making a similar mistake in their choice of legal representation. This divorce continues since 2021 and has yet to be finalized. I would stay away from Cynthia Zuñiga Hernandez who goes by Cynthia Zuñiga, P.A. from Law Center of South Florida, P.A. and everyone who associates with her, you will be disappointed.
