I want to say each adoption case took about 6 months, but that was because the biological fathers did not respond to paperwork. Solo practitioners are the way to go. Attorney Mullaney's fees are very reasonable compared to going with a law firm or other professionals in the legal field. What is also great is that he is the only person working on your case, so you don't have to worry about messages being relayed incorrectly. Attorney Mullaney gave us best case and worse case scenarios. He does not make promises about the out come of a case. I have learned in the past that if an attorney promises you something...run as fast as you can in the opposite direction! My husband wanted to have Attorney Mullaney work on a case not too long a go, but unfortunately he was swamped with a high case load. I am happy that there are so many people out there getting help from Attorney Mullaney, but was a little upset that he could not take on my husband's contested family law matters at that time. When my husband asked about using another attorney, Attorney Mullaney was very professional and gave a great recommendation. We are happy with the attorney that we are using, but we prefer to stick with Attorney Mullaney. Here soon we plan on using Attorney Mullaney for some basic legal paperwork. We are willing to wait until he is avalaible for that because it is not an urgent matter. Attorney Mullaney is great! He is reasonable in price, fast and he won't beat around the bush! If I could give that man a hug I would. He has helped my family become an even happier household.
