From the second we sat down the secretary started giving us dirty looks. Our clients happen to be neurodivergent. As we did our Valentine's Day cards We observed her photographing us without our consent. The secretary denied she did this. We were making Valentine's Day cards the entire time and our clients were behaving very appropriately (not that it matters anyway). After the owner of my company thanked the secretary for such great art supplies the secretary proceeded to say that we were weird for meeting there. When my owner asked if this was not a free space on Friday's for crafts the secretary proceeded to say that our group made her specifically made her uncomfortable. There is no way we can ever return here with this secretary present. She clearly let us know we were not welcome there!

I took a fun clay pottery wheel class here. Kristen was a very detailed and organized instructor. I…read morewas impressed by her attention to detail and precision in instructions. Classes were very cheap here. I got 10 pounds of clay and two classes for only $26. Plus, you get free glaze and firing of the pottery you make. In addition, you get a punch hole card. Once you get it all punched for each class you take there, you get a free class. There are art classes like framing, painting, and crafts. I wish I could learn simpler techniques like making handmade pots using the coil method and other techniques. I was told you could learn more during the Wheel Throwing Club Days. They have them 2 days a month for two hours. You get access of the clay utensils and pottery wheel on those days for $4. Five pounds of clay is $3.50. A fun crafts place for adults and children! I paid for my class on the day of my class but I called beforehand. I was told it was best to make reservations. Sometimes these classes fill up fast.

I signed up for a Monday and Tuesday in person real estate program. The option was there if you…read morewanted to do it online but I reserved a seat. I was torn between this school and CARES. Chose this one because it was only two days a week instead of 5. My first week of class just two classes Monday and Tuesday we're ok. The instructor gets off topic very easily and I felt as if I wasn't learning much in the class due to this and we also had people who took the course already sitting in our class so it was just all over the place. What should have been my third class I received a email stating class would be canceled for 2 week because the instructors partner tested positive for Covid. Understood that and it was fine I tried to be understanding. I lost my own grandmother to Covid so I get it. Those two weeks of class being canceled I got multiple emails saying class was going to start over from the beginning we we're combining classes with a new class. I didn't like that because I was already two weeks behind and now they want us to start all over from the start which was putting me further behind. Then it went to they wanted to now Change the class days to Wednesday Thursday. I also was not able to do that due to I adjusted my work schedule to a schedule I signed up for. Then another email went to nvm we're going back to doing class Monday and Tuesday where we left off starting Monday October 26th but now they wanted online only. I became upset because I have a learning disability that I need to be IN THE CLASSROOM to retain information which is why I signed up for in person classes. I emailed Sunday night asking for the classroom link to try the online because I was left with no choice the school would not give me a refund even tho I signed up for something that wasn't being offered. I got no response sent another email Monday 3 hours prior to class no response so then I called and was informed the class was yet again canceled and would resume Wednesday. At this point I was done and wanted a refund I was more than accommodating and understanding. Tuesday came I get an email class is canceled and will resume Wednesday. Again I'm not available Wednesday. I finally got in contact with Trevor the owner and instructor who did not want to hear me out. He told me when I signed up for the class they actually violated gov lees order and they should have never offered the in person classes. So I signed up for something that shouldn't have been offered.....? He would not understand that I can't do online I need to be there. I can't switch my days. He proceeded then to tell me that it's unbelievable that I'm willing to put myself and son at risk to sit in a classroom. I told him I feel comfortable with a mask and following social distancing guideline he got very nasty with me talking about how I am as a mother and told me a mask didn't work. Also side note he never required anyone in class to wear a mask at all. He told me gov lee mandated everyone to not have in class session meanwhile classes are doing it because it's allowed with proper social distancing. When I asked for my money back he got very nasty saying I signed something that says no refunds even tho I also signed something that's not being offered. I said I would have to take him to small claims court and he threatened me saying he would come after me for compensation and he's well known. Do not waste your money time and energy on this school. You're better off teaching it to yourself also stick up for yourself and don't let someone belittle and scare you!

They have turned my child from a self conscience and shy child into a confident and outgoing young lady. The coaches, owners, and staff members are personally invested in each of the cheerleaders. They are encouraging, patient, and helpful. They are strong role models and hard workers. Anytime I have had an issue with a coaching style or a concern regarding my child, all of the staff members have been open to the discussion. They have each clearly explained their decisions and actions. I have, and will continue to, recommended Clarksville Cheer Extreme to all of my friends and family members. The staff and cheerleaders have become an extended part of our family.
