Tropical impacto is an authentic Portuguese office for tourism. I visited their location in the northern part of Albufeira for a car that we rented. The friendly host and hostess welcome you at the door with a smile. The car we rented got upgraded with no extra charge (so much win!) and what a nice car it was. When we asked for some tips for what to do they didnt hesitate to take time and give us some great options to visit the real Algarve. For example we went on a day trip to a beach for a BBQ which was lovely and visited a quiet beach they recommended.They also have other great options for day trips, tickets etc. The friendly dedicated staff makes this place worth visiting for a trustworthy car, booking daytrips and tickets and most of all the personal approach they use when giving information.
