A few weeks ago I was in the shopping plaza picking up food. I left my service dog in the car for about 10 minutes and the car was running with the air on and windows cracked. It wasn't a really hot day. The temperature outside was 60. Someone at tropical sunsation thought it was a good idea to call the police and lie to them telling them that I left my service dog in the car without the windows down and the car running. Like people if you are going to call the police and tell them that I left my service animal in the car and the car isn't running at least go out and verify that the car isn't running before inserting yourself into someone else's business. read more

Had to give one star to leave a review, otherwise there would be none. The comments are correct in saying BEWARE. They are absolutely scammers and will take every penny they can from you. She in fact, will ignore your cancellation letter and continue withdrawing from your account just like so many people warned in the comments. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not to mention, Melissa and her miserable employees will relentlessly beg, push and plead for you to buy their products. Even if you say no. It comes off as extremely desperate and it's embarrassing. Far from a relaxing tanning experience. It was torture walking in that building to a pathetic sales pitch every time. read more

Do not go to this place, I signed up for a subscription. And after 2 tans I decided the place wasn't for me...no biggie....so I did what anyone would do and tried canceling my subscription.... Well I was told my account was no longer going to be charged and I've been charged twice since. Talked to the owner and she promised she'd called back MULTIPLE times and never did. All these people want is money, don't give them your card info. If you wanna tan pay with cash each time.....charges are being disputed with the bank. A refund as well for that unauthorized transaction.....0/10 would not recommend read more

Always friendly staff but do not ever give your credit card information because they are crooks! I barely ever used this package yet the owner continues to charge my credit card after three years and I've tried to cancel a few times and they give u the run around. I contacted my credit card company and they recommended to cancel my card and get a new number so this wouldn't happen again. This was a few months ago and I'm not sure how Melissa got my new credit card information but obviously did and charged me yet again. I am too busy in my life and work hard for my money and now had to call and change my credit card yet again and file another complaint. This is ridiculous because that takes away time that I have to change all my accounts again. This is fraud! How was she able to get my information again?!! Just be ware. read more

If I could give this place 1 star I would!! The spray tan it self is great! The crooks that run this place and the management is another story. Do not give them your debit cart or credit card when purchasing a monthly package or better yet just pay each time with cash! We had to send a certified letter to get our info off file so they would stop charging my wife when she told them she was done. I called for the manager two times and was promised a call back.... never happened! I was very close to hiring an attorney but after 2 months, problem seems to be solved! Beware of your info with these clowns. read more

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY SELF TANNING!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I was told to sign up for month tanning. When I went to go cancel it I was told to fill out a paper, mail it in, and keep my receipt because it has been known that they will keep charging even after the letter was received. I kept my receipt of mailing the letter and a copy of the letter for 3 months with no charges after the mailing. I thought, okay it's done, they received it and I'm moving to Alabama so no need to keep it any long BOY I WAS WRONG! 6 MONTHS LATER I WAS CHARGED $82 OUT OF NO WHERE!!! I am a college student. I was over-drafted in my account, and I don't have that kind of money. I talked to so many people from there and I received NO HELP!!!! read more

Do not sign up for the monthly tan. The OWNER/MANAGER will fast talk you and say to sign up for a month and that month will be half off and give you some free tanning lotion packets and free buddy passes to sucker you in. I signed up and was told my unlimited tan would be done by the end of May. Now, my debit card was charged for another month at full price. I am in the process of disputing this transaction with my bank. I contacted the owner and got no response. Very unprofessional and please be aware before giving these people your debit/credit card. Only good thing I can say about this place is the staff is friendly and nice but I would advise to go somewhere else. read more

Love this place. Murrysville has the most comfortable beds meanwhile greensburg has the "super" beds. Delmont is mediocre. Haven't been to latrobe. Staff has always been nice, courteous and knowledgeable, offering me hints and tips. Suggestive sales towards lotion and upgrade specials but never pushy. Spray tans are awesome too! Nice package deals for levels 2-6 plus an all inclusive that includes all levels of beds plus spray tanning. they also offer complimentary eyewear for when forgotten. read more

i decided to get a spray tan for prom so i called to see if they take appointments. turns out they take walk ins which is perfect. i went after school one day and they were able to take me as soon as i got there. they do try and sell you on their other products and membership deals but what place doesn't. the workers are super friendly and helpful explaining everything especially since it was my first time. the tan was not blotchy or streaky or orange in any way. after showering it looked so natural like i spent a few days in the sun. definitely recommend this place. read more

Poor quality beds.Packages are only for outdated 20 min. cheesy base beds.If you want to use a better quality non base bed there is an additional charge from $5 to $12.00 a session. They have no packages available that include these beds.Base packages only!Come on you can only use a base bed so many times before you need to move to the next level. So if you want the ultimate tan your going to have to pay extra! They offer no complimentary eyewear and there is no hand towel and sign stating the beds have been sanitized.Usually these items are placed on beds after they have been cleaned. Not a big selection of lotions and staff is not very knowledgeable about the lotions they do carry. There also is no stand up bed at this location. The only plus was the two girls that I met that worked there are sweet! read more
