Lauren didn't know how to spell my name, even when I told her it was with a V and still had to spell it out; possible she couldn't hear me though and will give her the benefit of doubt. I give the team, food and smoothies a 5*!! However, assuming the manager (the guy wearing the blue shirt) on 8/12 around 2:30pm was an a$$! I know fast food can get hectic but do not talk o your employee like they are slow or incompetent! Instead of talking to them the way you did and probably do every day, jump in and give them a hand and ASK what they need help with! Want to like this place so bad, the concept is great but they need to not offer food in the drive thru and just smoothies bc there is a very long wait every time we go. We've given it one too many chances. We waited in the drive thru multiple times for over 15 minutes, this past time we were the 4th car and we waited 28 minutes! I'm so tired of the absolutely TERRIBLE service at this location. The last THREE times I've come, I've had a horrible experience. This past time, I came and ordered 2 sandwiches (one of which I had a free coupon for from last time they got my order wrong) and they left out the one that I actually paid for. Had to turn around and drive back to get it because I was starving and needed lunch. When I got there, there were two employees at a table. One appeared to be clocked out but the other one (whom caused one of the issues I'd had in the past) still had on a headset and appeared to be on the clock. But there she was, ignoring me, talking to her friend and playing on her phone at the table. I will NEVER be coming here again. I will go out of my way to go to any of the other locations in Lafayette before I spend any more money at this location and I suggest everyone else do the same. read more
