2016 Malibu. 1.5 turbo

Bought a 2016 malibu about 30 days ago the sales department were professional, but they started over sale this car. unknown to my knowledge a offer was given to pay off the early through a third party, a warrant that could not service the vehicle because of the mileage. I have major oil leak that is very embarrassing and this on my dime , I've taken this vehicle back three times to be repaired and what they done was by time wasting my time. I would never recommend this dealership to any one Beware of Predatory dealers who want your money any way they can get it.

These people will treat you friendly only to get you to sign on a deal, and then act unprofessional when confronted about an issue with a car. They charge a $3,000 "reconditioning" fee only to have their designated midas auto repair shop glance over major oil leaks and completely worn out brake pads. Ive had to spend over $3,000 just to repair everything that was wrong with the car when i bought it (rotors, suspension, engine mounts, timing cover leaks, you name it). These people are liars so if you're purchasing a car here get it inspected at a shop you already know and trust before you sign for it, there is most likely something thats going to be hidden from you and they do not repair everything thats wrong with the car like they had promised me. You can bet on me going somewhere else for my next used car purchase!

My car buying experience here was amazing. Billy Martin went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of here with a car. Every other dealership I went to wanted a ridiculous down payment and absurd interest, not here. They worked with me and helped me get a great deal that I felt good about. They treated me like family aI will definitely do business again in the future

They sell faulty cars and jack up the interest rates, so you end up paying $20k for a car that's not even worth $10k. Con artists

Don't buy here. SERIOUSLY! My 7500$ car needed 9000$ in repair/replacement fees. Transmission died in 47 miles amongst other items.

The Finance Director Rodney Maharrey was hard to get a hold of for after purchase service. Speaking to a live person at the Palm Beach dealership was impossible. Even the agents at the customer service center couldn't get a hold of anyone in Palm Beach. I emailed and texted Rodney and he informed me on January 5th he would pull the documents and cancel them. I followed up with an email on the status with no response. Instead of wasting my time with these incompetent agents on the phone and the Palm Beach Dealership that is non-responsive I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. What this dealership and finance department is doing isn't right. I have every right to cancel those service contracts within a month of purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from the Palm Beach dealership. YES I made the mistake of purchasing a Mercedes from Mazda. The poor and pathetic customer service from Mazda just displays that Mercedes is superior in all ways. That is why I don't want any service contracts from Mazda. Here are a few reasons to never step foot in this place as well as keep your friends and family away too. Please read through. 1. They will approve anyone because they know that in a lot of cases the person will default and they can legally repossess the car back and make tons of money. 2. They NEVER take down cars from their website after theyre sold because they are "hooks" and all the people wanting the cars are "fish". They will literally tell you that a sold car is available based on where you live, just so they can possibly sell you another car when you get there and realize the car you wanted has been sold. 3. They tell their sales team to make fake profiles of hot girls to attract customers in, then when you get there they say that girl is on break or isnt here anymore or something crazy. 4. A ton of their vehicles are in very poor condition. I went on a test drive where the car needed a battery jump pack attached to even drive the car. The customer wanted the battery replaced so that the car would be safe to drive home and the owner refused. Its really sad that this company continues to grow after screwing over countless people. Spread the word!

The technician initially wrote up services I did not request (alignment, balancing, and tire rotation). I had to correct this and clarify that I wanted a proper diagnostic check first. Despite having an appointment, I waited over three hours only to be told the vehicle hadn't even been taken into the shop. After escalating the issue to the service manager, the vehicle was finally looked at. Within 30 minutes, I was told I needed four new tires and an alignment at a cost of $1,200. This felt rushed and questionable, especially without a thorough explanation. I declined and decided to get a second opinion. I then went to Tires Plus, where the assessment was completely different. They confirmed I did NOT need new tires. They performed an alignment, balanced the tires, and completed an oil change--all for $356.98. The vibration issue was resolved. Additionally, the dealership failed to note that my vehicle was due for an oil change, even though it was clearly indicated. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. The lack of organization, poor communication, and what felt like unnecessary upselling does not inspire confidence. Thank you

On multiple occasions, the dealership also referenced potential "goodwill" gestures or accommodations in response to the ongoing inconvenience and lack of resolution, yet none of those offers were ultimately acted upon or followed through. I often found myself having to initiate follow-up conversations simply to receive updates or direct answers. While mistakes can happen at any business, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism, communication, and accountability from a dealership representing the Mercedes-Benz brand.

First off I went two times to go look at VW and a Buick car on northlake. Not once even when I…read morewalked inside did anyone greet me or ask me if I needed help. I left both times. I gave it a second chance but I'm not sure why. But onto my problem and this was second lease through them. Just a heads up if your getting a car lease through Schumacher and they go through a credit union like Velocity that uses Fusion Lease company. This basically is a 3rd party lease. I cannot return the car lease to the dealership. (It has to be picked up by a car pickup company that fusion schedules). I also normally would get the disposition fee waived if I am buying another VW or sister car like Audi, and usually the mileage if over, all or some of it usually be waived if I buy or lease another car but none of this applies. Schumacher never told me any of this and unfortunately I thought I had a normal lease like my previous one through them. The new dealership that I bought a car from that is a sister dealership was willing to write these things off but because it went through a credit union(which the dealer never heard of any lease going through a credit union) was not able to find me in the system stop do this. Now here I am with having to pay a disposition fee and paying extra mileages and sometimes there is an amount they will give as an allowance for wear and tear, but that doesn't apply either. Just an fyi because I was under the assumption my lease was a normal lease process and Schumacher never made me aware of any of this. My guess is Schumacher has some kind of deal or kickback from them but they definitely should let you know the normal leasing circumstances does not apply if you are going through a credit union because it uses a 3rd party leasing company. Very deceptive practice of Schumacher.
