We've been receiving deliveries like clockwork, so I've not had to contact customer service at all. Another reason I haven't had to call them is that so many features are automated, and I mean this in a positive way. I mentioned in my initial review that I liked being able to go online and directly manage some of my account details. I just logged in to my account and the main screen is divided into: * Billing Information - where I can update my phone number, email address, and password. * Delivery Information - here also I can update my phone number and email address - for purposes of delivery, so they could be different from the billing information. Also displayed are the driver and route codes, and the next scheduled delivery date. * Account Balance - mine shows $0.00 due, probably because I have them automatically charge my credit card each month. * Open Invoices - there are no open invoices, again probably because of auto charges to my credit card. * My Deliveries - prominently shows the next delivery date, where there is a button to click to skip that delivery. Another option is to "View Deliveries." * Favorites - just has an image and description of the type of water being recurringly delivered. In the upper-left corner of the page is a menu icon, and when I click on it, the options are: * My Dashboard - takes you back to the main, initial screen. * Billing - I used this option recently to update my credit card details. * My Orders * My Account Besides their website, I receive email and phone reminders if there is a delivery scheduled for the following day. I am also able to download a PDF version of their delivery calendar, and there is even a way for me to upload the calendar of deliveries into my personal (Proton) calendar, accessible online or through my calendar app, which now shows me delivery dates for the upcoming months. I receive email invoices, and transaction & payment receipts monthly. Yes, I highly recommend Aloha Water Company. https://www.facebook.com/raymond.kaya.98/

May 20 2021 - Another great experience using Water Group 7!…read more Jeremiah has been a superstar and lifesaver! I bought my reverse osmosis water cooler with hot and cold taps almost 7years ago when we were living in Hawaii. We moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and Jeremiah has still been able to offer great customer service! My son recently broke the hot water handle (don't ask me how) but he did. I had been okay with it so far but the other day was just fed up. So I reached out to Jeremiah, told him what had happened and he was like sure I can replace that! Wow! He took a picture of the replacement part and I was over the moon it was an easy process and something I could do. He sent it from Hawaii and a few days later it came in the mail, I called him and he gave me step by step instructions - insisting to be very careful and not to get burnt. Well I replaced it - easy peasy! For $40 - what can I say, I love it! Thank you for always giving me great speedy service.

I finally got so frustrated I went searching on yelp and found Water Group 7. Jeremiah scheduled a consultation to address my concerns. He listened to all my issues and was very honest about what he would suggest and what he wouldn't based on percentage rate of effectiveness for the area and also the esthetics. So I decided to go with a reverse osmosis system to at least help with the water quality that I used for drinking and cooking with. The system unfortunately wasn't working properly due to no fault of theirs. But they addressed the issue until the problem was solved. Jeremiah and his brother are so great to work with! I highly recommend Water Group 7 for your water issues.

Typically I went to The Water Store until…read moretheir prices got out of hand, then have been going to either grocery stores (Safeway, Times) or Walmart for drinking water. Store is on Alamaha a block or so behind the Minit Stop on your left. Parking is a limited at the front but there's lots of parking along the side of the driveway and behind the building. Don't let it deter you. I was happy to see a few things. First, their prices are reasonable. I want to say maybe $0.65 a gallon for filtered drinking water. They also have alkaline available. Second, the store is well staffed and maintained. Plenty of stations, all were clean, water on the floor was promptly mopped up with wet floor signs, cashiers were friendly and fast. Finally, I always enjoy when they have carts available to wheel your jugs to your car and they had several. If you're into merchandise, they sell water jugs and tshirts too. I will probably be going here from now on for a few reasons. First, I don't have to guess if the machine is gonna be working. It's faucets and they all work great. Both Walmart machines weren't accepting any bills today. Second, it's clean. One time I used a machine at Times in Kihei and there was vomit in the drain (probably a nearby local alcoholic unhoused person threw up in it; I reported it to the owner but was not contacted back or thanked). I remember the last time I contacted this company about their water machine in Kihei taking a dollar of mine, the owner quickly called me back, apologized and Venmo'd me the amount I lost. Their owners care about the customer experience. Finally, as stated before, the prices are reasonable. The Water Store at Maui Lani last I went was charging nearly $18 to fill three 5 gallon jugs. I'm glad this company hasn't gouged the prices that badly. Keep up the great work, Island!

I would find out my credit card was expired by no water delivery and a late payment charge. I called their company number multiple times, with no one ever answering the phone - canceling was made so complicated that you would have to go to their local office to cancel. I even called Tad, who helped me with the delivery service start-up. He ignored my multiple calls/emails when all I wanted to do was to cancel my delivery subscription. No one would answer their customer service number either. I returned my bottles on June 1st and I was waiting for my deposit to be refunded to me. I was told by Nesta, they weren't responsible for their accounting and they would not know when I would get refunded. To this day, I still haven't gotten a refund.

My most recent purchase there was a floor lamp with ceramic pole. I had to replace the lamp socket on it but still a good deal. That's probably why it was donated. Anyway, they usually have a good assortment of light fixtures, tables, chairs and small appliances. The sort of stuff that people upgrade from time to time. They also are a good source of building materials that are left over from jobs the contractors finish. It's hit or miss whether you find the type or quantity of materials you need, but it's still a good place to check if you're about to start a project. We were there recently, to drop off a couple boxes of floor tile and some used copper tubing. I hope someone can use it. There's a small parking lot beside the building.
