Love this place! Such a great experience with ordering through them. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and helped almost immediately. Their customer service is Top Notch. I have used them for numerous things from medals, champ chains even a custom acrylic light for my son. Every single time, they have gone above and beyond. I even approached the owners about sponsorship for a non profit I worked with and they were more than happy to help us out. Would give zero stars if I could. Walked into the store and was greeted by a Raelean. She was very disrespectful from the moment I walked in. Hiding in her room/office for what seemed like forever to finally coming out and making it seem like I was interfering with her day. This lady should not be working for the front of the store. Last time I walked in there was little over a year ago. I had such a great experience with the front lady as she was super friendly and always had a smile. Completely different experience. First thing I saw when walking into this store was a rude non smiling lady. Heard that she owns this business which is even worse to hear. Please get a new counter lady that is more pleasant to work with.. read more
