We were in need of finding someone who does metals for t-ball. This was our first year coaching and didn't know where to look or go. I google trophies and called all the ones around us. They quoted us 10-15 a piece and would take about a month to get. I called trophy and plaque plus they were truly amazing walked me through all the options they had what would work best for our budget and time frame. I needed some name tags made very quickly before starting a consulting job out of town. I found this place and called them first thing Monday morning. I went in and explained what I needed the gentleman working there let me come back and watch him design them on the computer. I asked him when I should return and he said he'd be done in 15 minutes. 15 minutes folks! That's way faster than any place I'd called the Friday before. I just stuck around and he and I conversed about the pandemic, the direction our beloved country appeared to be heading, sports, gym stuff, etc. while he made the named tags. I paid him $20 + tax and was out the door in probably 30 minutes total if that. I see 3 awful reviews from the past so I assume they have changed ownership or management because my experience was leaps and bounds better than those who left the previous reviews! read more

I took a trophy in to get fixed. They ended up just gluing the trophy back together. They also were late on getting me my trophy and still charge me expedite. I paid $30 for something I could have done my self! I won't go back and do not recommend this "business". read more

BUYER BEWARE! The level of customer service is shallow, and blame shifting oriented. I placed an order for an item over the phone and was told to just send my logo in as a repeat customer she said they probably had our logo on file but to just send it in an email. When I went to pick it up, there was no logo. Then I was told it was my fault because I didn't say I wanted logo on the item. Then I proceeded to ask if item could be redone, and told I'd have to pay for it again. Not once was I told they don't take orders over the phone, until I was making a complaint and not once was I contacted about any other details of my ordered after it was placed. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Their sale manager is rude, and talked to me very disrespectfully, and basically told me to get off the phone because she had other customers. read more

Very poor service, poor communication, no accountability for their mistakes. After making a mistake on a plaque we asked for a refund and they referred to their no refund policy even though they made the mistake. Once the replacement plaque arrived it was poorly done as well. When we called to work through the problem they had no record in their system of what we ordered and asked us to bring the plaque back so they could see what the problem was. In the store we were polite but firm and unhappy. An old man waiting in line began huffing and puffing at us, and he ultimately started giving me a hard time. It became heated. At no point did anyone in the store ask this gentleman to mind his own business. We left feeling like jerks and have since stopped using this company. Even when we didn't have a problem the service was poor and it was obvious that they were not enthusiastic about working with their customers. At one point in this ordeal when we called with questions we had to relay our questions through a woman that answered the phone to her boss. It made for a very inefficient communication and ultimately prevented us from holding any one individual accountable. If the boss doesn't have time to speak directly to a customer it shows that they don't care. Go somewhere else. read more
