Horrible experience with this company the last year but we started working with them back in since 2019. We hoped by returning we would receive the same customer service like the first order. We tried to get their help in the last year and spent over $11k in total with their company getting a commercial sign. They only did part of the job. We had to hire an independent contractor to help us with the sign installation even though we paid this company to do it. We even contacted them numerous times to charge us extra to get their help and they ignored us, ghosted us and we are so disappointed with their lack of communication, professionalism and ethics. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off and ghosted. (Luckily we recently found a better source (not HighTech) for sign installation! We found a reputable company that helped us on Sunday! Reasonably priced and it was done immediately!) But not by HighTech!!! Boo!!! HighTech signs DFW! Horrible company to work with!
