Their driver John quickly backed out into my car without looking into his rearview mirror once in a one way street leading into a parking lot, despite the fact that I was honking at him - he said he did not hear me. I am copying and pasting what some body else wrote. Exactly exactly with us. The y have some kind of JIT Just In Time system. They wait for you to call then MAYBE THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE. HORRIBLE COMPANY We should take them to class action suit and close them down Now I copy what someone else wrote the same Do not use this company. They haven't cleaned the driveway even once today. They are also supposed to clean the walkway and stairs which you pay extra for and I have done it myself once again. The last snowfall was the exact same issue. We called, were told they will put an urgent call to have them come and they were a no show. I would not recommend them to anyone. They will take your money but never provide any service. After receiving excellent first hand reviews from individuals that had hired Tromax for more than just snow removal, we are thrilled with the job the Allan and his company did on our backyard, following French drain work. Allan and his team installed a large interlocking paver patio, new steps to our patio door, a fire feature, and re sodded our entire backyard! Allan was present for all of the work, and corrected any minor issues that needed to be done. We could not be happier with the result. read more

Ever wanted to spend 30 minutes digging yourself out of your driveway at 8:30 in the morning following a snow storm? go for tromax. ever wanted to have your bumper almost fall off because your car is stuck, your driveway hasn't been plowed in nearly two weeks and the snow under your car is a foot high? go for tromax. want consistently bad service with no signs of ever getting better? go for tromax. Went with Tromax last winter and my driveway is now damaged with long scratches of rust......Tromax would also dump snow from the driveway of the neighbour across the street resulting in and mountain so high that the visibilty was greatly reduced when getting out of the driveway. Tromax Allen claims not his responsibility. Lesson learnt, price and Tromax is not the best way to go for us. read more
