They do weekly events that include pint nights and bourbon raffles that include uncommon and rare bourbons. Owners are great people and the bartender is awesome. I recently heard that they carry some good Scotch at other locations so I wanted to check it out. The new West Side space is very odd. There doesn't seem to be a lot of square footage. There is only one tall shelf. The wine and spirit selection is better at University Liquor. However, this place has them beat on beer. The only place (that I know of) to purchase the Trappist brews (other than at a few restaurants) west of hwy 41. I will keep an eye on this place because the manager said they were still stocking the shelves. The interaction with one of the workers was encouraging. I asked if they would get any Three Floyd dreadnaught, he said, "Is that the beer that you can only buy on a certain day.' It was nice to see that he was trying to engage in a larger conversation. He then recommended a few beers to me. Once all the knowledge kinks are worked out, I think this store has the potential to be a 5 star, until then, solid 4 (which is still good)

I couldn't see the sign hen I pulled in or parked, but the guy working there proceeded to literally scream and berate me because I got out of my car at all. I had to be 25 feet away when I saw the sign and turned around. He was screaming at me and calling me stupid. I haven't bought alcohol since before this started and I certainly never will again from this place.

Picked up a few packs of what I thought was cider, which turned out to be flavored malt beverage. When I came back to exchange, they refused. I bought the cider anyhow, and left the malt beverage with the clerk. They made $30 off of me pushing low end malt beverages, and lost all future high-end scotch, bourbon, and wine sales.
